Mercury retrograde is a maintenance period, perfect for revisiting everything one has not gotten to in the last several months. The planet Mercury is associated with the god mercury/ Hermes who is the 'god of the unexpected' and divine coincidences.  Hermes/Mercury is the creator of new and sacred spaces.

Mercury in retrograde can be a deep healer of the soul.  It asks you to look at what you do not want to address, what you do not want to clear up, what you do not want to heal. The winged messenger sits pondering what he should be doing, what he could be doing, what he was supposed to do. Mercury retrograde is a magical time of slowing down, being made to stop and smell the flowers. It asks you to pay special attention to detail to pay special attention to what is small and minute.

During the Month of May as the energy uplifts and offers optimism, use this time to make any changes that would further support your physical body.  Allow the current swine flu news to be a gift of awareness and action if needed.  The wisdom and answer to every known aliment or dysfunction is within our very body.  The most miraculous healing tools are held with our DNA and our cells.  The more conscious love or light we can hold in our body - the more charge, the more potent our ability to heal. 
The greater our light - The greater our life force.  By raising the frequency and vibration of our whole energy field, we automatically operate in a version of the hologram or reality where lower density energy cannot enter your field of consciousness.  The intelligence of our body is so indexed to our complete survival that our cells are continually being renewed - we literally remake ourselves every day. 
Imagine every morning and every evening standing under a shower of golden transcended light that permeates every cell with shimmering rainbow energy.  Feel your entire body being held in this alchemical flame, it is conscious and will go where it is needed.  If you have a specific pain of course direct it consciously.  Use your breath to bring your awareness inside your body, feel yourself floating in a warm sea of potential.  Tune in to your body and let this feeling “register” with your “internal optimist” - you will feel a smooth calm centeredness. How blessed you are to be alive, to have this precious moment of Now.

Once again, I'm floored by these predictions. On Friday I paid special attention to getting my computer's virus scan done and spreading the word on Twitter that everyone needs to do a scan and backup.

Then on Fri and Sat I paid special attention to typing up a grade school report I did in the sixth grade. I really didn't know why I had an overwhelming desire to post it on my web site. Doing this short two day project helped me to realize that I've been interested in natural health since the sixth grade or before. The subject matter of the grade school report was wild edible plants and their medicinal uses. The subject matter of a book I just finished writing is food and supplements as they relate to depression.

“Recapture your youth through your memories and then shift and sift those memories into fairy dust.” (my desire to type the old childhood report. I remember fantasizing about learning the names of all the edible wild plants at the instruction of a master! I also wanted to be a weaver and use a giant loom all day, and that never happened!)
“It's time to complete unfinished business,and get your car, computer and mechanical things serviced.” (my attention to virus scanning)
“Delays and communication mix-ups are common.” (boy did I participate in some doozies of communication mix-ups)

That is so wonderful! We don't have to read energy alerts or predictions or channelings to know what's happening. But reading them brings a special perspective to what we're experiencing. AND in a way also endorses them! Wouldn't be a bad idea to let them know - and provide a link to your website!

My life very much affected by this has been. ;p  Better Gifts than Rifts, I say!
Mixed up dates and days, I have –and I would've called it senior moments; but it's so much easier to 'blame' dear Mercury's movements for this!
