I am RN, like to meditate, read books from famous yogi, learn to be intuitive, I am going to take Reiki II class this month.

na'ameste' Gia,  Ilona and Aries.
I was just working with crystals/stones-a rainbow body tuning and feeling the difference in their energies as I placed them and took them away. Any stone will do. They all have different energies. Hold them in your hand or place them on a sensitive place on your body and feel what happens when you place them and when you take them away and when they sit for a while.
And know that the energy/light is always there. It is always emanating from you, from the stones, from everything.
I kept looking and looking for clear light until I realized/grokked that is was always there. I was looking too hard.
