hello! my name is Suni, and my friend Meenakshi recommended some exercises to keep my “different energies working in harmony for me”. so..i thought that i would join this group, and surround myself with positive and happy energy, and contribute my own radiance to everyone else that is a part of this board :D

namaste..i've been trying to teach myself about that..i think i understand it! by doing the gesture, you are acknowledging the other person's divine spirit.. i've never had this done to me in reality. i like the concept behind it..

if you have never seen the show ”Meerkat Manor” i HIGHLY recommend it. one of my all time favorite shows! i included a link to a TV episode site..and it has all 4 seasons.. if you do watch, begin at season 1, or you will be lost XD

I searched but can't find a video of an Indian person saying 'namaste'- maybe someone else will find one.

Loved seeing the meerkats at the Tropical House, they had babies in February and it was half price to get in then too!
