When we are well grounded, and expanded, an open heart lets in and gives out light and helps us all to stay connected without attachment. |

Well, yesterday I was able to release some negative feeling thereby opening my heart. I don't exactly know how it happened, though. I asked my chiropractor for advice on my negative thoughts. He said, “We get what we expect, not what we want. For a lot of people, those are two different things. We might want the fancy mansion, but we expect to live in a one bedroom shack all our lives because that's where we currently are.” |

Reconciling with my estranged sister. I had let go of painful feelings I had about her before in my own way. She has not responded in ways that I had hoped but accepted that and it's good enough for me. I realize that regardless how others respond, genuine reconciliation and healing happens within - with myself. |

I worked all last nigth, and just before going to bed with the first rays of light, I felt I had to go out in the garden. I was greeted by 3 of my dogs, the 4th dog was conspicuously missing. Found him in the other end of the garden holding something that had a very long tail in his mouth. I forced him to give it up. It was a little field mouse, limp, my heart sank. It was wet, no heart beat, but I felt, it couldn't have been dead for long. I gave her mouth to mouse, and massaged her heart. After some effort, she started breathing. She made little sounds, but her eyes were unfocused looking into infinity. I held her in my hands, blew warm air on her, and wanted her to live. I enveloped her in a pink and green bubble of love, told her to take from my life energy what she needed to live. She lived for two hours inside my prayers, her ragged breath became even, and then she died peacefully. I was looking on her little body through misty eyes, so beautiful with the big ears, so perfect. I failed, she died. Perhaps, she died enveloped in love instead of fear and horror, perhaps, this was the only solace I could give her? |

Watching in disbelief as the Public Works department lifted two men fully-geared, including huge ropes and chain saws, in a bucket from a truck. This, for the purpose of removing a massive oak tree in our neighbor's yard across the street. Everything was completely ready and my heart was crying out for the tree. A discussion took place between the two men in the bucket and the four men on the ground. I don't know what was said, but the bucket was lowered, the men climbed out and pulled off their special gear, they stowed the ropes and chain saws, got into their trucks and drove away! |

Yesterday and Friday I performed beautiful, personalized wedding ceremonies that I had written. I received so many compliments: From one groom: “This is beautiful. Thank you.” From his father: “That was so memorable … forever.” From one bride's mother: “That was so beautiful - I have to hug you!” All of these affirmations of my value open the heart of one who felt worthless in many ways for much of her life. It also opens my heart to see the faces of the two lovers as they commit themselves to each other for life. Their faces glow, some cry, Friday's bride was trembling with emotion. This is love at its finest. |

What opened my heart today? Lying beside my son and sharing a burst of laughter and silliness. Being hugged by my daughter and hugging her back. Thinking of my husband off on a hiking adventure. Feeling tenderness for him as we spoke on the phone and he shared something he was struggling with… Reading the lovely post above and feeling myself sink into the deep red centre of it all and open with love. |

Hi Nicola, thank you for your kind words. I have just finished reading your loving post and it reminded me of just how many precious beings and loving situations we have in our life as we are often too busy or preoccupied to notice the love that is around us. Today I was out shopping with my aging mother when at one stage I could feel myself re-acting to different words that she was saying when almost instantaneously I felt my heart open and a loving energy wash over us both. I could see from the look on Mum's face that she felt it too. It is a really special feeling and “it” is out there for those who wish to connect with it. |

I love the shifting that I have experienced personally and globally in the recent days. Energetically, I have expressed it as a shift from 3d to 5d…. 3rd dimension to 5th. Anyone know what I'm talking about here :) ? Having a little brunch with one of my friends today, we were joking about the day, when a comedy club is started, to talk about all of the funny things that happen while shifting, whether it be shape or downloading or whatever. I fell off the hammock laughing…. imagine it, laughter lightens the “load” very well…. Espavo |
