Chakra balancing

Tonight while at a meeting, I volunteered to have my chakras cleared through the use of tuning forks. The LMT who did it is newly associated with the therapeutic massage practice I matronize. I've had chakra work before, but not with tuning forks. It was very interesting, and probably would have been more so if I could have stopped observing and just allowed myself to feel and hear. The harmonics were most impressive at my feet and over my head, which of course (along with hands) are probably the most sensitive parts of the body. But I could physically feel the energy / vibes (whatever you want to call it) trembling in thin bands of about 2 to 4 inches above my body.   Also, for the past week I have been dealing with a flare-up of spinal stenosis that has visited me with pain, the dragging of my right leg when I walked, and general fatigue. After the chakra clearing, all symptoms have disappeared. The meeting began at 6 p.m.CST; it is now 9:26 p.m. and I am still symptom free. Very interesting evening.  Has anyone else reading this post ever experienced something like this? Any other healing techniques that have brought almost immediate relief from pain? I do use Reiki and that helps soothe me, but tonight's relief came so quickly!
