"Do you feel like you are diagonally parked in a parallel universe?"

Yes, frequently. (I loved that line!)

Q3: I do this frequently as well, although usually it is pretty mundane. But, it usually marks a period of time that seems to show me that I'm on a path that I feel is the right one. I'll share my story of the biggest example of this.

Several years ago, before I ventured into the computer industry in my career and I was just learning to use a computer, I had a very vivid dream that seemed quite boring but bizarre. I dreamt I was sitting in an office with lots of computers (cubefarm, before I knew what they were) and looking at the screen in front of me. It was filled with all these strange icons and lines connecting them like a hieararchy of some kind and numbers under each icon. I had never seen anything like this program and couldn't imagine what it was for, but the picture stayed in my mind clearly. Fast forward about 4 years, after I had worked in computer support for a couple years, I landed a job with Boeing supporting their airplane parts & plans software. This stuff was wildly new for me and took me a long time to really comprehend, but when I finally did I was one of the key people in the group. The first day I actually got to sit down & see the software program, I brought up the first screen and there was the exact screen that had been in my dream, complete with the icons that had part numbers underneath & the lines that connected them with the plans. I was dumbstruck. This job was integral to where my career subsequently lead, and I ended up meeting my husband after we both survived 3 different layoffs and were put on night shift together. It was a big demonstration to me that the dream was about a pivotal point in my life, because had I not worked there nothing in my life would be the same. Pretty cool.

Q1: I can't say that I have, but I did come home one day and find a leaf on my bed. Maybe some crazy person broke into my house to make the charitable donation of one leaf?

Q3: I have. One episode of deja'vu was so intense I actually managed to force it forward to see what would happen for the next thirty seconds. Nothing big happened, but enough to tell me I was exactly right in the memory.

Q3 have you ever had a memory of a future event?

I have never heard anyone ask that question. Kind of spooks me out, because the answer is yes, I have...and I'll even share it because we're all a little weird here, so why not? I was standing outside during my lunch hour four or five years ago, and the girl next to me was popping her bubble gum and I suddenly --remembered that at some point in the future I will sense the scent of bubble gum, and recollect this place fondly.

K that's all I have, but I'm not kidding. : )

The other two questions--dunno.

How do you know if you dream in color if all you dream about is penguins in the snow.
Appearently you doubt, which would mean that you should visit the zoo. Life isn't black and white. Ever. And so dreams aren't. besides, is the qeustion even relevant? what needs to be answered?

do you feel like you are diagonally parked in a parallel universe?
No, I am a collapse interpretation attainer of Quantum-mechanics, parallel universes do not exist.

Why do 99% of lawyers give the rest a bad name?
I wonder if they do.

Is a conclusion the place where you just got tired of thinking
If you are good, never. If you are not so smart, then yes. For a conclusion that it is not-solvable is a very normal conclusion.

Why is experience something you don't get until just after you need it?
Is it? I don't get that very often. If I have a need for something I will have to learn. Who am I to think I can just do things without practice? sure many things I can. but just as many I can't. I don't see how this is existentialistic. Perhaps one should wonder if one needs to not look to easily at some aspects of life. and enjoy the moments when we are attaining this 'experience'

Why is it that nobody notices what you do until you don't do it (anymore)?
Because appearantly you are doing it wrong.

Have you considered a clear conscience might be a sign of a bad memory?
I think a sign of clear conscience is a sign of good self knowledge.

Should quantummechanics be the stuff dreams are made of?
As a quantum mechanic, I know it already is ;)

      Q1: No
Q2: Bertha
Q3: no, a memory is a recollection, and thus needs to be the past. I can only think that my future is exactly as I suspected it to be, and blame it on foresight.

I rarely dream, like once every five months, and they normally last a few days (i.e. I'll dream one night, and the next night I'll dream of a continuation of the first dream, and so on). But I have had a couple of dreams which ended up coming true. The first I can think of is when a space shuttle was lifting off and ended up exploding, though I can't remember it's name. The second time was 9/11 (when terrorist took over some planes in the US and crashed them into some buildings). Which was creeping since I was telling my friend about that dream when the principal came on the intercom to tell us about it.

And I have to defend my future kind, 99% of lawyers aren't bad Andrew. Just a couple of them... like 85% or something.... Though it's probably becames lawyers take different sides on each issue, so no matter what you believe there will be a lot of lawyers who disagree and will fight against you. We're too competitive for our own good...

-Jenn

For Q3- I've had several instances of a cross between deja vu and a premonition. Its like remembering having seen the future while itds happening. I know I couldn't have been in that exact same place with all the same people standing in the same way, but I've seen it before, maybe in a dream. Too bad its never anything useful, just random images of people waiting outside class, or tree sap. Fun.

As for Q2- probably sewing a grass skirt actually.
