tom spanbauer who i quoted earlier wrote a book called 'the man who fell in love with the moon' which has a two spirit prostitute character in it i believe. also references some mormons in it i believe for those into the whole mormon/gay dynamic (which i know some in the group are into and/or those who i have mentioned may be interested in joining).
