try this link for the videos on ted talks. the creativity video is one that you can scroll down to, but beyond that the design one from this week with ross lovegrove i think is quite worth seeing. the video i mentioned above is 'sir ken robinson' and near the bottom of the page if you scroll down (one of the bottom 3-4 people). those two i think specifically could be of interest to people in this group.
