Every movement, every healing process, every transformation is built upon a foundation. While we are living on the earth, the foundation is our vehicle, our body which encapsulates us. Our body is a unique, quiltlike mixture of our physical, intellectual and spiritual self all fed by various energies.
Raw foods were put on this earth to assist...(more) us in maximizing our temple to build the strongest foundation possible. Yet political systems, corporate interests, so-called innovation and ignorance have all come into conflict with this natural relationship leaving us with frankenfoods galore; poisonous substances which compromise the development of our entire being.
Can a meeting for social justice logically take place at a McDonalds over slaughtered hormone pumped cows, GMO unchickens, non biodegradable french fries and sugary coke? How can we attend to justice of any kind if we are not doing justice to our own bodies?
This groups seeks to discuss a raw food way of life and the ways in which this can lead to justice of self and community empowerment.
