Great ideas in your post, Christine. I tend to travel quite a bit as well, and one of the things I frequently take with me is hemp protein powder mix (which is actually a complete food, with juice or almond milk added). It travels well and keeps me close to raw… |

I've also looked into how to make traveling (mostly) raw possible. I'm lucky in the sense that I don't have a completely raw diet, and while healthy eating options are becoming more available…traveling healthy still requires a good plan. |

My first time on this website and so many people do what I do. Wow! I travel with the same foods- nuts, seeds, nut butters, dried fruit, green powders, dulse, acv, superfoods… Traveling in a band in a van or on a bus is a challenge, and as far as social gatherings would go when I was on the road, I would just skip the meal if I didn't like any of the food. |
