Congrats on your decision to do a juice cleanse. The most powerful is fresh juiced raw greens such as kale and spinach, etc… but here is the deal…..
The Master Cleanse is cake in comparison because it contains maple syrup.Your body does not undergo the same intensity of a cleanse as a raw green veggie juice cleanse.
Consider your current state of health, toxicity level, and diet before going full strength into a green veggie juice cleanse. They cleanse the blood and provide an intense yet amazing cleanse.
Personally I suggest you follow this ladder when it comes to fasting and cleansing. Here is listing most intense to least
Raw Green Veggie Juice All other raw veggie juices Raw veggies only Raw Fruit juice Raw fruit only
Perhaps, following a plan like this will get you prepped Number 1 : make sure you are eliminating at least 2-3 times a day (the most important part of a cleanse) Number 2: take a clay and pectin mixture/drink to remove the sludge that may be lining your GI tract (this may be unnecessary if you have been raw for several years) Once you feel totally “slick free” and digestion is smooth and regular, then proceed into the juice cleanse
Prep the body before going juice:
Day 1: breakfast fruit, wait 1 hour to change foods, lunch salad, wait 1 hour dinner fruit Day 2: breakfast fruit juice, lunch veggie juice, dinner fruit juice Day 3: green juice all day..this isn't tasty or easy unless you add fruit juice to it Continue day 3 as long as you like….perhaps even 14 days, be aware that greens are very balancing and detoxifying as well as spiritually awakening, you may FEEL different. Know that you are deeply saturating your system with pure nourishment. When you decide to break the fast do so in reverse order of how you started. You would have Day 2, then day 1, then back to a refreshed diet.
So, if you have not done a fruit cleanse first you may want to work your way into a veggie juice cleanse. If not, just know it will be much different and may feel more difficult.
Good luck in your health endeavors!
