10 day juice fast

Hey to all raw people

I am starting a 10 day juice fast today.

Have done 3 of these before, one for 5 days, one for 10 and one for 14 (this included some raw soups so not quite the same effect)

Its a heavy thing but amazing on all levels.

I will be posting daily in my blog for anyone interested.
