Lucid Dreaming is heightened awareness while in a dream state. To lucid dream is to know, while dreaming, that you are dreaming, learn to “direct' the dream while still in the dream - from a point of conscious awareness and creation. It is in this state that a warrior can create her double and learn to bring heightened awareness into ordinary consciousness. |

It has taken me a long time to have lucid dreams. finally a few weeks ago, had one, everything was as real as in woken states. There was a feeling of being in control, powerful. |

When I first starting exploring lucid Dreaming, I rarely remembered my dreams, let alone go lucid. When I did remember them, they were almost always in shades of gray or black and white.
