Re: Lucid Dreaming

It has taken me a long time to have lucid dreams.  finally a few weeks ago, had one, everything was as real as in woken states.  There was a feeling of being in control, powerful.
 In a dreaming class, one of the excercises was to ask ourselves at all times of the day am i dreaming?  This is how i realized I was aware in a dream.  An awesome experience.
