  Just-Bliss : Let Lord Swaminarayan Triumph

Faith; what is its limit...

There is a great devotional song sung by Bramanund Swami,
If i can remember the sentences corrctly they go something like,

'even if you loose your wealth healtth you shall not let it affect you;
a true devotee is one that keeps bravery in his heart,
even if you loose your head, so what, you shall not forget my lords commands,

of couse the song has manny verses, but these two are the one that completly cover the acid test that God gives one to see if you truely are his. Ofcourse if you are a true devotee it will not come to your head…. it's just a test.

For those are truely great that walk on the shadow (words of God) of God.

I've finally hit the point in my life where I no longer see anything as a test.  it just is what it is, and my honor is to stand within my values and my integrity and to simply use the plucky nature of me and move forward.

Perhaps it is the heart's ability to listen and the heads capacity to envision.  Maybe it is an act of remembering and trusting a greater knowledge.

I am a die hard babylon 5 fan.  The phrase you hear over and over in this sci-fi series is “FAITH MANAGES”.  I've discovered that nothing better has ever been said.  Faith is not blind hope.  It is the knowing that lives inside.  The part of us that is not wont to fumble in the pool of fear we can sometimes try to swim in.

I've found that whenever my own faith wavers it is because I have no longer utilized my brilliant mind as a tool, but have become a tool to the wayward path of my mind.  And our minds can make it all sound so reasonable.
