For whatever backward reason, I've always been ultra accountable for the things that I need to own and change and grow with. But I am woefully lacking in accountability for the things about me that are awesome or the good that I deliberately work on. Those, too…. I need to own. |

Well, considering I am woefully poor at holding myself accountable for the things that hold me back and challenge based on my deep seeded fears of the word 'worse', today I am going to hold myself accountable for the moments between the music. I am going to hold myself accountable for the peace that comes on a quiet Saturday morning with my dogs at my feet, my coffee in my hand and some music playing. I will hold myself accountable for reconginzing and doing my best to wrap myself in them. |

This seems like a strange place to put this but the thought that came to me was that I am accountable for the good of focuding on my life path and not accountable for focusing on someone else’s choices. The more I tend my own garden the clearer a reflection I can be for those I share time with. And then i can listen tothem and offer support without personal opinions. There is a situation in my life where I am keeping myself in the emotional place that feels good to me, and listening to someone else without rushing in and trying to “fix” them. Accountable to myself, yes. That is good. Love, Elena |

I love this, Elena! You're in such a good place. When we allow others to be held accountable to their own life, respect is fully honored in that. This is awesome! |
