Welcome Neill!

It is a sacred walk. Sometimes slow and sometimes painful, but each blessed step is more fulfilling.

I love the way you've introduced yourself! Thank you for that.

Jill

Greetings! I'm a newbie here at Zaadz and I'm delighted to find so may like-minded people. I have long been a Wayfarer on this Sacred Walk. I was exposed to mindfulness several years ago. The increased awareness brought me great peace, but because of depression I frequently believe that I'm not deserving of that peace, or I just have no energy to open up and realize it.

But when I make an effort to live mindfully, through practice I eventually learn to live within the slice of each moment in time. This is beauty to me...perfect in its imperfection.

My mood makes so much difference to my realization of this beauty, this peace, and I may have to call on some of you sometimes for your support, and you may count on mine.
