My dog jumped out of our 2 story apartment window a few days ago and has serious ligament/joint damage in her front right leg. The Doctor ...(more)told us that there is a 10% chance that she will be able to use that leg again.
We have two options, we can get her leg amputated or we can put her down. She is currently taking two types of medications for pain: Acepromazine and Rimadyl.
The cost of the amputation is about 1200-1500 and we absolutely cannot afford this surgery. We have called all over gainesville and were toldso far from 5-6 vets that there are no payment plans and that the money is needed up front.
I am asking for donations and my goal is to get $2 a person if possible. Anything helps.
