Dhamma Kunja Anyone?

Joey said Feb 19, 4:27 PM:

I was just wondering if anyone in this pod has attended a 10 day retreat a Dhamma Kunja down in Onalaska?

I just finished one this last weekend and I’m still kind of processing everything that came up internally during the retreat, but it was AWESOME.  Hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life…

It was the first long retreat I’ve ever been on.  I’ve only ever been on one-day retreats, half-day retreats, etc.  It was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life, but definitely worth the time for introspection and to see that things I THOUGHT I’d dealt with were really only suppressed.

AND, I was surprised at how many of the people there had never meditated before in their lives.  Amazing.  I guess if you decide you want to learn something, the best way is to just jump right in and immerse yourself in it!
