MY JOURNEY
Read the text of each discussion room to get a sense how this 'game' works
Respond to each discussion room (starting with Introductions) and use this Group as a continued way of working towards a happy, inspired life. Walk the Labyrinth with inspiration and aspiration for reaching highest potential, rather than under a cloud of dogmatic rigidity.
See this group as a Self Help/Growth 'board game', 'hand book' or as 'walking the Sacred Labyrinth' - with the added component of companions who interact and play with you.

As you move through the discussion rooms, responding, you will find you are weaving a firm and precious base for your daily practice and resolutions. Remember, with each step, you are setting your intention - this a very powerful process!
In order for this process to be truly effective, you need to be as open and honest as possible. Stick to your journey - remember this is about you - your practice and your resolutions. Walk the labyrinth rather than being a bystander (where your participation consists primarily of commenting on the posts of others).
It may be a good idea to keep a notebook (hard-copy or virtual:) to write your thoughts and ideas which grow from the journey;

BEING A COMPANION
We all learn from each other. Advice giving is not always a respectful thing to do (unless it is requested or the other party is a young child), as it subtly retards communication and effects the sense of equality between people.
Walk in the shoes of others (empathise) when responding to each others posts. It is wonderful to give and receive support. Constructive sharing of insights can be helpful, if it is sensitive, insightful and applies to the person's post rather than being a reflection of my own issues.
The Harvest Room is a space to share inspirational material, quotations, teachings, links, books, etc.
