HummingBird oh Meenakshi, I missed your post until now! I'm afraid I dont always remember to look at the grapevine for some reason - maybe because it doesnt send notifications. I'm glad you pointed out the triple one membership moment! Mmm maybe The Dark Side was new at that time - can't remember well. The pod is always growing! Love (5 months ago)

Meenakshi, I certainly will! I love dreams and keeping a journal. I’ve been keeping a journal of my dreams for about 20 years now. I find that keeping a journal helps me remember my dreams and also writing about them brings clarity. Also I am able to read back on dreams and see sequences, etc which may have been lost to me, had I not been giving them this attention.

A couple of my recent dreams have included His Holiness the Dalai Lama where he is teacher and I am learning from him. I treasure these dreams because I love the Dalai Lama so much and have never had the opportunity to learn from him in waking life, besides reading his books, listening to audio recordings and attending a talk when he visited South Africa a few years ago.

Last night I was attending a talk by the Dalai Lama in a dream. I had a question to ask. I wasn’t sure how to phrase it- or perhaps hadn’t formulated the question in a way it could be articulated. I decided to approach His Holiness in my mind rather than in the physical.

In the dream there were other two woman too. One was pregnant. Somehow she had an internal examination (like that by a gynecologist) during this session and was alarmed because she was experiencing what she thought may be premature labour pains, as a result. She feared she may loose her baby. I suggested to her that her system may need to settle after the physical examination and that all will be fine after a rest. I cant remember about the other woman.

As I write now I’m thinking these two women are aspects of self. And the question i was holding in my mind - did this lead to an internal examination - causing a sense of upheaval - being a bit painful and making me fear losing my ‘child’.

The dream wasnt very clear. I have a sense there was a whole lot going on.

Thank you for explaining, Anna.
I had kept a journal for a month or two; but somehow take them playfully now…remember what I can and let the rest go. I keep thinking I “should” keep a journal; but as I stay away from shoulds and musts, I’m ….can one go on the labyrinth without this?

Meenakshi, there are no rules, only our own. The Labyrinth is our personal journey not anything imposed. As I suggested in the intro text of this pod - let this pod work for you rather than you work for it. Use what’s helpful and let go of the rest.

My internal rebel can create my liberation on occasions. On the other hand, I also create structures for myself which enable my liberation. These are not anyone esle’s ’shoulds and should nots’ but my own selection

This is my first stop after I introduced myself. I use to dream all the time. Wonderful, colorful, vivid dreams. Two years ago I had a surgery and every since I have not been able to hold on to the dream once I woke up. I know we all dream and I miss the wonderful adventures my mind would take me on. How can I keep hold of my dreams? I love to dream.

The time when I did keep a dream journal, I followed advice about making an intent before I went to sleep:”I will remember the dreams I have tonight”. Then, the moment I woke up, in that half-awake state, I would write them down. Even though I walked to the computer to do so; I would remember them.

Anna, thank you for that reminder. I have largely removed shoulds from my energy and still they come up! chuckling.

Jean, I'm having the sense you just need to trust the process. I can hear your sense of loss and can see how sad it must feel to have dreamt so vividly and colourfully and now not to remember dreams at all. And feeling your sadness I give you a hug. Another thought I have is you can write to your 'dreamer' - this can be your new journal - and share your memories and also your sadness - maybe She'll speak to you again… who knows what tomorrow will bring? All we do know for sure is it'll be something new

Meenakshi - I'm smiling with you! We can be so funny :D I catch myself playing out stuff I thought I'd 'got sorted' all the time

You are so right. I must ask for what I need. So that will be the new added pray before I go to sleep. And a note book close at hand for when I wake up. I'm hoping it wont take too long to train my mind to remember.
Thank you for your understanding,
Hugs and wishes,
Jean

Two friends have been invited to my house, mistakenly on the same day at the same time to teach different healing or light techniques to other friends. While I'm shuttling between them, to help them set up, my house is in disarray, getting deep cleaning.

I am handling an 'issue' online and then suddenly the two separate friends become one person and …it's time to wake up!

oh, interesting, Meenakshi!
And I adopted 4 babies last night. I was tired and knew this would be demanding - but decided to go ahead anyway and deal with things as they came up… I'm awake now too …

This one thought this one remembered reading in the instructions/intentions to record one's dreams. Today is was very rainy here in MN, yea cuz we're are in a drought, and this one was worried about falling asleep-this one works over night-because this one's dad has surgery yesterday and had to stay overnight in the hospital. So this one took wood betany so help him fall asleep and sleep for 11 hours. Wood betany is also a support for the pineal gland which is a support for our dreams.

The dream this one remembers most is being in some learning environment with a womyn who seemed to be a composite of all this one's failed relationships and this one had a computer class that had a paper/project due. This one felt the gut wrenching terror of “knowing” that this one would fail.
