Meenakshi, I certainly will! I love dreams and keeping a journal. I’ve been keeping a journal of my dreams for about 20 years now. I find that keeping a journal helps me remember my dreams and also writing about them brings clarity. Also I am able to read back on dreams and see sequences, etc which may have been lost to me, had I not been giving them this attention. |

Meenakshi, there are no rules, only our own. The Labyrinth is our personal journey not anything imposed. As I suggested in the intro text of this pod - let this pod work for you rather than you work for it. Use what’s helpful and let go of the rest. |

This is my first stop after I introduced myself. I use to dream all the time. Wonderful, colorful, vivid dreams. Two years ago I had a surgery and every since I have not been able to hold on to the dream once I woke up. I know we all dream and I miss the wonderful adventures my mind would take me on. How can I keep hold of my dreams? I love to dream. |

The time when I did keep a dream journal, I followed advice about making an intent before I went to sleep:”I will remember the dreams I have tonight”. Then, the moment I woke up, in that half-awake state, I would write them down. Even though I walked to the computer to do so; I would remember them. |

Jean, I'm having the sense you just need to trust the process. I can hear your sense of loss and can see how sad it must feel to have dreamt so vividly and colourfully and now not to remember dreams at all. And feeling your sadness I give you a hug. Another thought I have is you can write to your 'dreamer' - this can be your new journal - and share your memories and also your sadness - maybe She'll speak to you again… who knows what tomorrow will bring? All we do know for sure is it'll be something new |

You are so right. I must ask for what I need. So that will be the new added pray before I go to sleep. And a note book close at hand for when I wake up. I'm hoping it wont take too long to train my mind to remember. |

Two friends have been invited to my house, mistakenly on the same day at the same time to teach different healing or light techniques to other friends. While I'm shuttling between them, to help them set up, my house is in disarray, getting deep cleaning. |

This one thought this one remembered reading in the instructions/intentions to record one's dreams. Today is was very rainy here in MN, yea cuz we're are in a drought, and this one was worried about falling asleep-this one works over night-because this one's dad has surgery yesterday and had to stay overnight in the hospital. So this one took wood betany so help him fall asleep and sleep for 11 hours. Wood betany is also a support for the pineal gland which is a support for our dreams. |
