As I accept what is, I free my attention to focus on what can be. On the next step.
When I don’t accept what is happening, I spend my energy in fighting it, rather than in seeking a way out or through or over or around.

Emotions are a good indicator of whether I am accepting.

Acceptance is a balm and liberator. Acceptance and letting go.  I learned acceptance as a practice in times of great pain. I still work at practicing in every day life. Its an ongoing journey. I do feel great love for this attitude of acceptance
