I think of happiness in a difficult situation, sometimes as the juice of a half-ripe fruit. You have to bite the crisp fruit, but then let the juice find your tongue. It’s not out there, obvious. But it’s there, and the more you allow it, the tastier it will be.

I try and pay attention to each moment. Being present and focused. A form of constant meditation
