What we’re asking here is pray, just pray.
Pray… Pray… Pray…
Gaia needs your prayers.
Just pray with total surrender,
in complete faith…
and that prayer collectively done –
at least 1,000 or 1,500 people,
done at the same time,
will generate the positive healing energy for all of us.
Not asking for anyone special,
not even for the betterment of general life.
Nothing…
Just surrender and praying.
Om Namo Narayanam.
If you keep your palms upside down,
how can you hold the blessings in your palm.
So to receive the prayers also,
to receive the blessings also,
you are to turn your palm the right way up and receive it.
Praying is that.
Although we know that the blessings are around,
but to be aware of the blessings
we’re to put our palm the right way up
so that it comes into our palm.
That is the prayer which has the maximum power.

Journeying into awareness

Starting with a moment of awareness when the layers uncovered, I'll add to this thread as I walk the labyrinth.

Layers of awareness.
This morning, I am in joyful awareness of oneness
I am in joyful awareness of the layers and dimensions of oneness as I live a human life on earth, surrounded by sentient and insentient beings on earth that's surrounded by the solar system and the universe
..of the homeostasis that continues to attract and handle imbalance in physical bodies
...of the cyclical wars and struggles between white blood cells, viruses, germs, humans and animals, countries, groups, families, neighbors, responding to threats perceived and real
...of the growth of connections through friendship, disease, wars, adventure and love
...of the healing power of the universe that attracts calls for healing, and light, and journeying, and harmony and peace as it draws all together in wholeness
....of the big bang of the universe that is echoed in variegating emotions, unfurling ferns, blossoming flowers in gardens and sentient beings
..of the contractions and decays and return to source of every fractal of the universe
...of laughter, wailing, shouting in rage and ecstasy, calling out, singing, speaking, whispering that all comes together in the divine symphony of the universal hum
..of the sounds of birds, animals, a ticking clock, a computer program, a car passing by
...of writing a blog and distractions that weave into it and my husband doing pranayama and the morning cool
..of the fragrance in incense, the stench in rotting garbage, the uncertain smell of unfamiliar cooking, the heady scent of perfume
...of the memory of Whiskers who played with my feet as I walked around the garden this morning, the touch of keyboard, air, fabric, a daughter's hug, a son's embrace, a husband's kiss
...of the banyan goddess whom I invoked to bring healing to the tree that is getting covered in fungus that will need to find another home than the surrounding fruit trees in my garden
...of the things I remember and forget to do
..of the teachings of masters and those who didn't know they were teaching
...of the laughter of all those who walked the earth in joyful awareness
..of shooting stars and setting moon, rising sun and shirring disks
...of much else that is unwritten, and much else that is indescribable

Siona, I'm reminded of my 'encounter' with Mother Earth a moon-cycle ago:

"I found the heart of Mother Earth there –radiating outward and inward to the cave within. I feel that the mountains came 'down' to us, that they resonated with the ones in our heart. From Mother EArth to the mother within us."

There was a sense of golden, and Eli said
Meenakshi, you sensed Devi Sureshawari. Suradevi is the heavenly abode of DIVINE Mother.
She too is a form of Goddess Durga, and one that I perhaps need to research.

txs..and yes, the questions are a) how can we go beyond that super ego and , if we can, tapp in that unconscious collectiveness and b) how/what can we be-each of us - in this unconsciousness by just an indiviual being. This brings us really far, as it will necessary lead us ultimately to raise a lot of question marks behind the number of institutions of the super ego we are "member of " or "influenced by", and the power they have upon all of us as collectivity and as individuals to discover our beyond .

Jung was never fully understood, R said, and was always positioned as psychoanalyst in opposition to Freud, but that was not what he meant to be. Jung's main contribution was that he tried to understand how an individual from his “ego”, confronted with the super-ego (institutions, education, culture, media, politics,) tries all his live to find and fulfill the positive values and intents he has in him as an expression of himself in all his acting in the super ego environment.
Well, we'll continue our discussion next month…it will about: how to accelerate, if possible, our experiences as individuals for the benefit of ourselves and the society we are in...

A belated thank you, Anna. And to update, the dancing has been moving through my life in wonderful ways. I haven't made it as daily as I'd been hoping to begin with, but as a regular movement practice it's something I've continued and the rewards have been wonderful. Dance can take so many forms.

And thank you, always, for this labyrinth you've laid for us. I find such comfort in this Group.

The Sunrise Ruby

In the early morning hour,
just before dawn, lover and beloved wake
to take a drink of water.

She asks, "Do you love me or yourself more?

He says, "There's nothing left of me.
I'm like a ruby held up to the sunrise.
Is it still a stone, or a world
made of redness? It has no
resistance to sunlight."

The ruby and the sunrise are one.
Be courageous and discipline yourself.

Completely become hearing and ear,
and wear this sun-ruby as an earring.

Work. Keep digging your well.
Don't think about getting off from work.
Water is there somewhere.

Submit to a daily practice.
Your loyalty to that
is a ring on the door.

Keep knocking, and the joy inside
