Hi, My name is Doro. I'm actually from New York but I've been living in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains for about 18 years.  Applying Buddhism  in every day life is what I (try) to do. I go to the Bhavana Buddhist monastery in WV regularly for 10-day retreats to recharge my mindfulness batteries. I make it a point to surround myself with wholesome Sangha. Thanks for being here.
