Debbie Ford just this week released a documentary on the shadow. I don't think it's yet available online, but I'm eager to see it. The website is here, and the trailer is below; it seems a healthy and refreshing change from the general prevalence of 'positive thinking' and 'law of attraction' work that so many of those featured in the film seem to be associated with.

i bought the dvd, special interactive edition, on-line.  there's a good chance my local men's group will sponsor it at the local film theatre or unity church or somewhere.

i'll let you know my views about it.

I knew about this documentary being there and had seen the trailer,   I'm glad Siona posted it here.

the movie arrived today.  i've watched the first part, and it was to the point.  embrace the shadow. 

be aware of what i am judging others (the military industrial complex, for me) to be.  the people and institutions that irk me the most are my shadow.  can i forgive and embrace them as myself?

until i own my most repressed traits (the ones i project onto others), they will sabotage me.  when i do own them, i can learn to use them for the wonders that they are.

i haven't gotten to the interactive yet.

i want to give a warning.  the dvd does seem to target people who want money.  like the purpose of the video is geared toward corporate success.

that must be what is needed in this moment from these people. 

i was able to overlook this and glean what i think the earth is calling for from me and shadowwork.
