FLOW™ is dedicated to liberating the entrepreneurial spirit and focusing it on the goals of sustainable peace, prosperity, and happiness for all, in the next 50 years. The FLOW Movement™ combines Freedom, Voluntary Exchange & Enterprise from the classical liberal tradition with Love, Compassion, Social & Environmental Consciousness championed in the human potential movement to create an inspiring, integrated vision.

The word “FLOW” refers to an optimal state of human experience in which individuals are fully engaged in creative endeavors, experiencing fulfillment, happiness, and well-being; and the means by which increases in the free global flow of goods, services, capital, people, and information will accelerate human progress and well-being.

FLOW and its members are committed to three principles:

1. Freely-chosen, mutually beneficial solutions.
2. Active support for human flourishing.
3. Radical tolerance.

FLOW was cofounded by innovative educator and independent thinker Michael Strong and John Mackey, cofounder and CEO of Whole Foods Market. In his role as CEO and Chief Visionary Officer, Michael is a prolific writer and presenter, advancing the FLOW vision. John is an active ambassador for FLOW and extraordinary example of FLOW principles in action.
