Soul vs. Spirit...

I’ve always seen the two as different–as spirit being the lighter, vibrant, ‘headier’ or more intellectual side of the mystery, and soul being the gritty, earthy, rich, muddy, dark and embodied side. And while sometimes I think I have plenty of spirit in my life, I worry that the ‘soul’ side is suffering.

Does anyone here relate?
