I've always seen the two as different--as spirit being the lighter, vibrant, 'headier' or more intellectual side of the mystery, and soul being the gritty, earthy, rich, muddy, dark and embodied side. And while sometimes I think I have plenty of spirit in my life, I worry that the 'soul' side is suffering.

Does anyone here relate?
