Resources for Starseeds

I mentioned that I thought this would be a good idea, so I am gonna start this thread. My suggestion is we post here books, tapes, videos, audios, teachers, schools, etc. which would be especially useful for Starseeds.

This would be a MUCH shorter list than the stuff you have found helpful in your own evolution and development. Maybe put that stuff in another thread.

I know there is even a subgenre of New Age music called Pleiadian music, but I don't know how to access anything in it. Maybe someone else could say. I know that composer Constance Demby is explicitly Pleiadian, and her Novus Magnificat/Through the Stargate CD is a piece I listened to every day for 9 months in the mid-80's and it triggered uncounted spontaneous past-life remembrances for me. And I still love it. Though I must say, I have a strong negative reaction to most of her later work.

The most important resource I have found that is still accessible is the book ET 101. It is in the Books database here on the Community site. I must caution you that the book is written in a lot of anger, which is optional, so don't necessarily absorb or buy into that, but IMO it's the best description available of the Starseed process.

Anything you can manage to materialize into your reality from ET Earth Mission, the mid-80's, would be great, but it's no longer publically available, that I can tell. They are my favorite spiritual teachers of all time, which is saying a lot!!!! They helped a lot of us become self-aware.

And of course, there is Ken Carey's book The Starseed Transmissions. I don't remember specifically if it really talks about Starseeds as we are using the term, but possibly he coined the word. Someone else can chime in on this one.

Forgot films!!!!

Gotta start with E.T., the Steven Spielberg-directed film. If you have not seen it, rush out and do so!!!!

I really liked Starman, starring Jeff Bridges. It was a kindly good-hearted look at an alien visitor, as I recall.

One of my favorite films of all time is The Man Who Fell to Earth, starring David Bowie. It is, overall, a downer, and usually I am not resonating with downer films, but this one I have seen way over 30 times and never tire of it. Of course, I dig Bowie as an actor, that's part of my personal resonance!! LOL!!!

The film Michael starring John Travolta is about an Angelic-Realm Being incarnate in a human body, one kind of Starseed, or related to Starseeds. Don't see it unless you are openminded about how angels are “supposed” to be!!!!!

There are of course a bunch of films about people with paranormal abilities, but I have not seen most of them, (yet. Like Powder, and like Phenomenon) and the ones I have seen are not specific to Starseeds, but might resonate in helpful ways. One example is Sixth Sense.

I love that movie…but my favorite, the one I most resonate with is Close Encounters of the Third Kind. I explain to my friends who try to understand my passionate calling, my need to raise consciousness has the the same compulsion that Richard Dreyfus did in getting to the mountain.

Duh, how could I forget Close Encounters….? Maybe because I didn't see him himself as a Starseed, but I know for damn sure that Starseeds adore the picture, love the spaceship tones, and yes, feel that powerful sense of purpose. Thanks for the reminder!!

For the same reason, I did not mention The Last Mimsy, though perhaps it should be mentioned. The kids were Crystals, or (less likely) Indigos, not Starseeds, but wow what a terrific immersion experience!!!

Will I never heard of KPAX. What is or was it?

OMG I loooooooved the Witch Mountain series! I think there were 3 of them.

For that one, Vector, I can say that at the end of the movie…a spacecraft came to take the kids “back home”…that's how it relates to StarSeeds ;-)
The kids were pretty much hunted and pursued because of their abilities ;-)

Feel moved to mention that some have called the Christian hymn Amazing Grace “the Starseed Anthem.” For some reason, many? all? strongly resonate with it, for NOT obvious reasons, as only the third verse would be anywhere near relevant….. Anyone confirm?

So, I was watching the Fox news on Monday and UFO docs have been declassified (http://www.bluebookarchive.org/). Naturally, there have been sightings in the Washington, DC area. There was a sighting in 1952 by folks at Andrews AFB. That's near where I (well, and the Goat-man) live.

i am not sure Karen Bishop's books and newsletters have been mentioned in this pod/Group, but she is an excellent resource for many of us.

Her website is http://www.whatsuponplanetearth.com/ She does a free newsletter about weekly, that you can access there, or subscribe to. Archives also available posted, for free.

Her books (also avail as ebooks) are totally awesome, and she very generously posts for free big chunks of them along with the newsletters. This one, on Ascension Symptoms, is particularly poignant and relevant for a lot of us at this time, so I am copy-pasting it below. This one accompanied her 3-5-08 newsletter.

A book excerpt from The Ascension Primer:

“THE ASCENSION SYMPTOMS”

22. Memory loss and difficulty accessing
words. So many are having this symptom that we can
only laugh as we try to converse with each other. “I
was having a glass of…you know what I mean…that
white stuff…uh…what's it called?” “Did you watch
the…er…that event where everyone competes from
around the world?” At times we cannot even talk at all
because we are simply unable to access much of
anything. When this occurs, you are going back and
forth between dimensions and experiencing a
disconnect. Another somewhat related occurrence is
trying to type words and having the letters become
jumbled in the wrong order. In this case, we are not in
alignment with time and our flow is disconnected as
part of our energy is here and another part is further
ahead.

23. Difficulty remembering what you did or
who you talked to a day or sometimes just an
hour before. In the higher realms, reality is very
much in the moment. If we do not hold something in
our consciousness, it simply ceases to exist. We have
no attachments. We are creating our own world around
us through our beliefs and thoughts and what we do
not hold onto does not exist. Everything is brand new
as we are starting completely over, moment to
moment. We can tap into whatever we choose to at any
moment and create and experience just that. This state
comes and goes, but is practice for living in the higher
realms. It can feel a bit creepy when it occurs. In
addition, at times we are neither here nor there, as we
are in between dimensions. This phenomenon can
occur at this time as well.

24. Not remembering the meaning of
anything. When I was in an intense period of the
transitional process and we were in the throws of a
substantial energy thrust into the higher realms, I
remember looking at a trashcan and not knowing what
it was for. I had to access my memory of the “old” and
reach far. What was happening was that I was vibrating
at a point where everything possesses only the meaning
and identity that we give it. In the higher realms,
energy is just energy with no label or meaning. All is
fresh and new. Sort of a Course In Miracles undoing
process, without the trying.

25. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing
where you are; a loss of a sense of place. “Where
in the world am I? I do not fit anywhere and nothing
seems to fit or feel remotely right! And I do not know
where I belong or where I am going or what I am
supposed to be doing either!” Ever had this
conversation with the universe? You have been
knocked out of your old grooves by an energy shift and
are in between realities. You have successfully left
much behind and are in a very new space but have not
integrated yet. You won't have much time to integrate,
though, because as soon as you get comfortable you
will be moving on into the next higher vibrating space.
And in addition, the outside world does not remotely
match the way you are now highly vibrating.

26. A loss of identity. You look in the mirror and
have a strange feeling of disconnect as you no longer
recognize that once familiar image. You almost feel out
of body. Once this phenomenon occurs it never ends.
You have released so much of your ego self, that you
are no longer the same person, and do not have that
attachment or connection to your physical vessel. As
you begin to access much more of your soul or higher
self, you are not in your body much. You may still use
your voice to communicate and other bodily aspects,
but you are slowly beginning the process of
disappearing and releasing the human form. In
addition, you have cleared much of your old patterns
and are now embodying much more light and a simpler,
more purified divine you. All is in order…you are OK.

27. Feeling “out of body”. The same explanation
as above. The physical body is the last to catch up.
Much of us is now in a higher dimension and residing
outside of our bodies, as our bodies are not there yet.
They are much denser.

COMMENT FROM OM IN THE PEANUT GALLERY: 

The above two items have a faint echo of the old religious belief that enlightened people must go up and out, can't exist here in bodies. I do not buy it. My body is feeling more and more empty and out of gravity, but deliciously and delightfully receiving all my sensory experiences and glorying in this physical world. We are here specifically to co-create Heaven ON EARTH, so we'll be here for a loooooong time in (even these if we choose) bodies, if we choose.

28. “Seeing” and “hearing” things. As we can
now access different dimensions fairly easily, it is
common for many to see things moving out of the
corner of their eyes or hear things when nothing is
there. Many also experience a ringing in the ears,
which is common when we are going through “the
tunnel” and accessing a higher dimension. Depending
upon how sensitive you are and how you are wired, this
can become a common experience. Many are seeing
orbs and vibrating blobs of color as well.”

I, too, find Karen Bishop's information helpful.  Although there are some things that don't resonate with me.  We all catch different parts of the wave, so not everything is going to be “it.” 

Another good source is www.nightlightnews.com.   She's an astrologer who is very good at going beyond the basics and delving into mytholgy and symbolism as well as the energetic and spiritual aspects of the astrology.  She does a lot of work with the different rays and ascended masters, as well.  I like what she has to say.  She brings it all together very nicely.

I just wanted to share some info with you. I attended a Shaman's Retreat last summer at the Anima Center outside of Reserve, New Mexico. It was an amazing experience. Here is a discussion thread of how it is a spiritual allegory of The Hero's Journey.

What I would say only to this group, is that all Starseeds are embarked upon The Hero's Journey. Indeed all Beings are, in some sense, but it is perhaps especially poignant for us, as we are also in the aspect of “wandering in far lands” having answered “the call” for a “mission and purpose” we feel “challenged” by.

Despite all I knew about the good things about the film I still wasn't clear why my guides thought it was especially good for me to see it. So the other day, I asked specifically, and the instant the question was formed, the answer SLAMMED into my awareness and I burst into sobs. THE WAY WAS PREPARED FOR HIM. (See a few details in the discussion.)

That was the wording, but the full import and significance for ALL of us came through to me. That overwhelmed my Heart with reassurance !!!!!!! The Hero's Journey is NOT ABOUT THE HERO. It is about the LARGER PURPOSE for which the Hero is a voluntary tool–that word tool is not the ideal word, but you know what I mean. This Larger Purpose prepares the way.

In response to posts re: Amazing Grace. To me the song is most powerful when played on the bagpipes (my husband is a piper). The underlying tone of the drones on a bagpipe is an “A” note. The “A” note corresponds to the Third Eye chakra. To me it is some sort of trigger, it suspends thought and motion within me just as a perfect 5th does.

I agree!!! Amazing Grace is best when played on the Bagpipes! My mother feels the same way I do too. And my grandmother used to sing that song (one of her favorites) and she sounded so angelic when she sang it. We played it at her funeral and swear we could hear her sing it again during the funeral. It was awesome!

That is so interesting that the notes are linked to activating the third eye. Did you see in one of my posts about the music the fictional ET's played in Close Encounters of the Third Kind being the same tones/notes that activate the high heart?

When I had my last class the channel Kari had a person she knows make a new cd with those very same notes as the purpose of our class was to activate the higher heart and also the Tenser/psychic centers at the backs of our necks. The other toning she did were supposed to activate the Tenser centers but the notes from Close Encounters the high heart. The person who did the cd added some other cool sound effects and the whole thing just sounded so awesome.

Like they always say, when people are “inspired” to create music, art, write books, movies, etc - they are usually getting the ideas from higher sources so it makes sense that these notes/tones would do something so special.

All I know is Amazing Grace is truly an amazing song.

I was experiencing those in just the last couple of weeks. I was even concerned I was having a heart attack but would place my healing hands over my heart and call on Archangel Raphael for healing. The pains would still come and go over the weeks but they finally went away.  Also she mentions the exhaustion. It's nice to know I am always “on track”.

Gosh I wish I had more time to spend on the computer. There is so much good information out there! But I have a lot of inner work to do on my own too so can't always be on the internet. Thank Goodness I am doing a lot during my sleeping state. There just never seems to be enough time.  I'll have to check out some of the other information on some of the other posts when I get a chance. That seems like a really cool site though. I read something over the weekend about Wanderers. Some good things saying they are special not from the closer planets but also I read on some other sites that they are lost souls. I do not think that is true. Wish I could find the site I was reading on the Wanderers. It sounded like it could explain the more “rare” ones we were speaking of the other post about A Call to Higher Service.

I've seen the Lady in the Water. It stars Bryce Howard, right? She was like a Mermaid or something…….came from somewhere else….Sorry, have to say I haven't seen Escape to Witch Mountain in many, many years. I just might have to check that out again. One of the few Disney movies I don't own.

Has anyone mentioned StarGate? It's been awhile since I've looked at our lists, I can't remember if anyone mentioned it  but that is definitely one about Starbeings….very interesting….that one gives new meaning to the Egyptian theories. The Sun God/being called Ra. Worth seeing again if anyone hasn't seen it in awhile. And interesting how they have that “healing/regeneration” chamber…..

Has any read Alice Bailey's work? I just started reading Ponder on This and I'm finding it opening me in ways that is actually scaring me because it feels so authentic and I sort of remember everything “The Tibetan” is saying. It's not about Starseeds but the foundation of the cosmos, life and consciousness. Particularly for the “initiates”. Which it seems to be Starseeds are included. I recommend it.

While the energies of the new & true are still teetering in, I am receiving some heartbreaking emails from people all over the world who are feeling the disconnect in very unsettling ways.
 
Though unfortunately I can't respond individually to all of you, I will attempt to address the most common questions I receive later in this post with the hope that something I say here will ease your strain.
 
On a soul level you are already deeply in touch with what is happening energetically, but knowing that others are experiencing similar situations does serve to validate our intuitions and can even offer peace amidst so much uncertainty.
 
So what is happening?
 
Grounding, grounding, grounding.
 
We are currently grounding our new realities, the divine templates, or blueprints <http://www.discoveryourdivineblueprint.com/>  of our soul's intentions. We are beginning to touch down for the first time in a very long time. In fact, for many, this may be the first time ever… that is, now that the world is finally ready for us.
 
All the waiting…and waiting…and more waiting…of the ascension process is mostly to do with waiting for others to catch up. As path-cutters we pave the way and create the safe-space for the next group of souls to follow suit. But now the waiting is over…
 
…which is why you may be feeling like a hot mess.
 
The frustration, anger & depression that is seemingly running rampant for sensitives this past week or so is due to two conflicting energies that we are experiencing concurrently. We are disconnected from our old holographic realities, but not quite reconnected to the new.   
 
On a soul level we know that we are done, that we have graduated to the next phase of active creation while on a physical level we are still detoxing, assimilating, and integrating these new energies. The discordance is creating feelings of being boxed in, stuck, trapped, unable to move forward to “act out” our souls intentions which, as you can probably relate, is creating quite some tension and irritability.
 
Truth is, we are still in an incubation period, protected from outside energies and supported in all ways, yet our higher selves know that it is our time to shine. This conflict is so great inside of us that it is causing some very unpleasant experiences and even forcing us to reevaluate our truth.
 
But the truth remains… we are re-birthing…emerging from our metaphorical & metamorphic cocoons. Preparing on every level to connect with our new lives which means letting go (again) of our old ones. In walks bouts of uncontrollable weeping, sobbing & lamenting as we experience, yet again, the death of our past.
 
As a result we are being presented with some old thoughts, feelings, and even situations from our past that we thought were over, long gone… but suddenly pop up again for re-review.
 
Staying connected to truth during these times is paramount for when these past energies come up, they can create holographic reality systems <http://www.thinkwithyourheart.net/mrp.html>  that seem very, very real.
 
But they are not real unless we get attached to them…they are simply remaining vestiges of old stuck cellular memories that are being expunged, not only from our emotional/mental bodies, but from the physical as well. The trick is not to be-lie-ve in them, but to allow them to go. To be-lie-ve in them is to hold onto a reality that no longer serves.
 
In fact, each stuck memory has associated with it a physical counterpart which creates imbalance and toxicity in the body. We naturally release this emotional, mental and physical toxicity through the energetic excavation that the ascension process creates for us.
 
So know that if you are having an unusually difficult time right now, you are not alone and this too shall pass. During the disconnect phase it is easy to feel lost because we are essentially disconnected from our normal means of spiritual communication and so we may feel abandoned, left for dead.   YES !
 
But this is far from true…in fact, our soul teams and spirit guides are especially close during these times to protect us from any harm…self-imposed or otherwise.

Am I alone in this, or are others still feeling all those symptoms you wrote about?
 
Regarding symptoms, yes they are still going on for a collective group of souls. On January 1st we downloaded another set of diagnostic (energy) codes that we are currently integrating and the symptoms are pretty similar to the last cycle in December. Apparently, this download is restructuring our pineal and pituitary glands simultaneously allowing for more light to enter our physical bodies to ensure that we are well equipped to handle all of the incoming frequencies of the new year in a streamlined, efficient (and
more effortless) way.
 
If you are suddenly experiencing any vertigo/dizziness/sinus pain or discomfort this could be why.
 
When is this going to end?
 
I am hearing that this particular upgrade will continue for about 6 weeks, but the symptoms will be abated shortly…once our physical selves are acclimated to the new level of light. I am also hearing to continue to use this time to nurture ourselves and rest in preparation for a new and busy cycle of action.
 
What happens if for the last five years I knew exactly what my purpose was and all of a sudden, it just seemed to disappear and now I have no idea what I am supposed to do?
 
This is actually a very common phenomenon on the path to full truth. It occurs at certain energetic crux points. What is happening on a higher level when we suddenly lose sight of our path is we are being disconnected from a lower grid matrix and reconnected to a higher one. In the process we lose our feet…that is to say, we feel completely lost and severed from what we thought we were all about. This is a temporary realignment phase, but what you should notice is that when you are reconnected again, new ideas and inspiration will come forth to shine a light onto a new path. It may include pieces of new ideas in addition to what you always thought you'd be doing, or it may be something completely new and unexpected. Either way, it requires a bit of patience because the lingering in between realms can be grueling…but something better and more in tune with your current vibration ALWAYS comes along. Right now we are still integrating a major energetic push, so you may not feel any inspiration, desire or connection to anything in your life. This is completely normal and will pass. Soon you should have a clearer idea of what's on the horizon for you, and it may even surprise you in a beautiful way.
 
I don't feel connected to anything anymore, am I supposed to be here?
 
We are all exactly where we are supposed to be at all times. The disconnection phase is very real, and for good reason…it reconnects us to our greater potential.
 
In the meantime, a good way to “pass the time” is to nurture yourself, take a brine bath, do something creative that requires little effort, read a good book, etc. This is a time to bask in nothingness and to stay in your pajamas all day long. I find that cooking, baking and eating helps me to stay connected to this reality in a joyful way.

Hey everyone,

I felt like I was experiencing that over this last month and am definitely feeling a renewal of sorts.  In fact I was sharing information with a friend because I thought it was indeed another dark night of the soul. I read that as you advance, you will experience those more and more and it just means that you are right on track.

I've been feeling a combination of being energized one minute to exhausted the next. And I've been craving tomatoes for some odd reason. I love tomatoes but have never actually had cravings for them….so salads and lighter foods are what seems to be calling me these days. Must be getting ready to “lighten” up some more.

I suggest after the holidays that we all do a good cleansing of sorts. Be it in the physical or in the mental or emotional areas. Renew and rebirth ourselves! I have also been experiencing a renewed interest  in my purpose once again and being able to serve as an emmissary of light. It seems many opportunities are presenting themselves for me to help others start searching their own paths. Two just in this last week!

I have to laugh about the tomatoes !! Starting during my major upgrade last February, I have craved manicotti during every significant increase in vibration, and have also started drinking a cup of V-8 juice every day, it really resonates strongly with me !!! The manicotti I have no idea. Never liked it before. Best guess is I have a guide who likes it !! But the combo of ricotta cheese, pasta, and marinara sauce just feels so substantial to me. Maybe it's a grounding. Better than using steak for grounding, ugh, I never understood those who do that !!!

We aren't in the Symptoms of the Week thread, but I might note — because I found one other person — that heart pains, front and back, are clearly another level of heart chakra opening. But the pains are very physical as well.

I can relate to all that was said, although I do not feel so disconnected; I feel as if I am taking steps along a path, and am comfortable not knowing exactly where it is going, but having some idea, and having faith in the process.

TRUST THE PROCESS is one of my guiding mantras, helps in many moments !!

…I have heard that there are different factions of Greys, Zetas… that some are evolved and some are under the influence of the Dracos…
 
…to complicate the matter more ( for some reason life cannot be simple ) there  has been/is being  a reshuffleing of the playing board and that some that have played a Dark roll are switching to Light…
 
…this would include some that have played a large roll in the Negative path that Earth has traveled… that there are divisions amongst the Anunnaki (there always were ) …and that some Drakos have changed coats also and are playing a roll in the ascension…
 
…this to me would call for extreme discernment … check credentials carefully…
 
…I am also reminded of a couple of parables taught by Yeshua…
…one would be the Prodigal Son…another would be the parable of the Harvest…
 
…in the prodigal son, one son went to the city and lived a life of sin and opulence while the other stayed at the farm and helped the father… when he came home he was welcomed with open arms and the faithful son was told to slaughter a sheep for a feast …he questioned this and was told that the son that had left was returned and this was reason enough for celebration…
 
…in the Harvest… the foreman was sent to town in the morning and told to get workers to bring in the crop…they would be paid say 10 sheckles… by mid-morning he is told to get more, they would be paid the same… more were needed by noon and early afternoon… all would be paid the same amount… 
 
…it is not for me to judge who is fit and who is not to do this work…and our *pay* will indeed be the same…
 
…but I am also reminded of something said by the Master… to be as wary as a fox !…

I guess what had me sort of uncomfortable aside from some vague gut feeling was that by contacting you are necessarily becoming part of a list of people he has contacted, since he will certainly keep a record of being contacted for his research, and (even a partial) list of “players” (or could be players) in this cosmic “game” seems to me to be a pretty valuable asset. 
 
Is information shared with this guy going to end up “compromised” in some way? Does it even necessarily matter?
 
I guess these were my “questions” when perusing the site.

Excellent questions and questioning, Mercale. For each to decide. Much to be said for either decision, and either one can be made from a variety of viewpoints or experiential realities or intentions. It’s extremely difficult to discern whether a “gut feeling” is deep fear or inner guidance, or fear being used as guidance, takes practice !!

As I know you know, not teaching here, just thinking out loud.

I’d hate to be a “hater” lol, but I think it’s wise to be cautious and questioning.
 
Psychic attack can be a pretty nasty thing and while Boylan says that he is frequently targeted, he doesn’t really go into details about who we should look out for (that I saw anyway).
 
I certainly don’t want to be discriminatory but I have heard that many Zetas are ruthless in thier methods, and so I question a site that contradicts that “knowledge” at the same time on some level perhaps I am commending them for not buying into racial stereotyping.
 
I guess I’m just trying to keep the saftey factor high, and the drama factor low.
 
…Always the question….how do we know? Saying “personal discernment” is fine but aside from “gut feelings” what do we really have to base that discernment on?
 
Mr. Boylan does sound like a fascinating character though - it would be interesting to meet him in person and ask him a few questions.

The best I can say about the specifics of discernment is that with practice one can sense beyond any fear whether there is a feeling of expansiveness, I-Amness, confidence, trust, safety, benevolence from the encounter with the other energy, or whether there is a sense of contraction, disempowerment, hopelessness, helplessness, victimhood, and various negative emotions like anger, vengefulness, resentment, despair…..

Expansiveness or contraction seem to be the bottom lines…..

One can take self-protective steps while in expansiveness and benevolence. They seem to have a flow, rather than being “motivated.” They seem to be simply happenings, not “in order to’s.” “Oh, I notice I am buying extra food and water. Perhaps the power is going to go out soon…..”

So who’s going to write the rest of the book??

I think this is a very important topic - especially at this time and over the next few years.
 
I’ll agree that the “standard” is openness vs. contraction, BUT as Will stated earlier, there are many “folks” that exist in much greyer areas. What about the being who has been “dark” but recently “turned” to light? Their energies are bound to be a bit more muddled. What are some ways we can really sort that out?  I think that at that point, we tend to rely on information about the various races and alliances in general vs. what we are hearing/feeling from the being we are having contact with.
 
Or, are there more subtle methods or tests?
 
I think that this is a lesson you can’t be too clear, or too thourough on - especially for those “new” to the StarSeed thing.
 
So at the risk of sounding like I’m beating a dead horse or something, I guess I wonder if we can refine and or add to the “standard” that currently exists for advice in that department.   - Or, is that truly the best we’ve got at the moment?

In short; it is not very different from “dowsing”. The method is faster and also more precise because you use a partner. There is a saying: “Ask and you shall receive!”. It is more literal than we might think. Basically you can compare it to dowsing. It is a way to communicate with the “higher Self” which has access to “all” knowledge. You get a “muscle response” where the muscle goes weak in response to a statement that is “not true”, and it goes strong in response to a statement that is “true”. Thus you get a “yes” or a “no” response. That is what you work with to arrive at numbers by statements like: “The number of participants in the Nexus2012 meditation event today was more than X people”… then you move upwards until you get a “no” response, and then you can “fine calibrate” as much as you want to arrive at a precise number…

Everyone can do it “in theory”, but in practice it takes practice and experience. You have to be of integrity to get accurate results and also the intention behind the statement/question must be of integrity. In short, the higher you and your partner are on the Scale of Consciousness the better it will work. You will have to enter a very meditative and clear state of mind, and you must be totally neutral with regards to “results” (otherwise it will effect your results greatly). Hope this helped. Thanks

Muscle testing can be very useful for getting information relevant to one’s own embodiment, but even there, there are complexities to getting accurate answers which are rarely addressed. For example, in the photo, if they are making eye contact, they won’t get good results. And it’s not just being in a high state, it’s having the bio-electro-magnetic-chi system of both bodies in a balanced state, which requires special preparation. Plus, those directions are kinda crude. First of all, other muscles can be tested. Second, one is “testing for the lock” in the muscles, not trying to force the arm down. Testing for the lock does not require much pressure. This requires practice.


And despite all the hoopla, I remain skeptical about these other uses of muscle testing to supposedly get info from the One Mind. We have many Higher Selves, some higher than others. And our astral plane Higher Self is entirely subject to DF influences, so, one has to know WHICH Higher Self one is getting the info from !!


That said, I believe if one is going for optimal health, something like muscle testing or pendulum testing is absolutely necessary as a first step toward total mind-merging with one’s body-mind to get good answers about what is harming or benefitting the body. I totally advocate people learning that, and I teach it, although I don’t do so often enough, unfortunately, to remember all the little subtleties of doing it accurately. And one can do it for oneself, there are several ways. Thank goodness, it doesn’t always require two people!! That way you can test supplements before you buy them, for example !!


Even “true and “not true” are not entirely what muscle testing tells you. Basically, it tells you what strengthens or weakens the bio-electro-magnetic-chi field of the body. A question can be phrased such that “not true” is strengthening. So, can be tricky.


Some of the complexities were addressed in what you posted, Will, but by no means all.


However, to supplement other sources of discernment, I say, use whatever tools are available, just know the probabilities of inaccuracy, that’s all.


I still think inner expansiveness vs contraction is the most useful indictator, and the time spent learning and practicing muscle testing could be spent practicing being aware of that. Lord knows everyday life provides lots of examples to practice on, though the expanding ones are rarer, LOL !!


But, let’s keep pondering all the various sources of info. It is a most worthwhile question and trek you put us on, Mercale !!


Appreciate ALL who are contributing. I’m sorry if this sounded like trashing your suggestion, Will. That was not at all my intention. I hope I said what I consider the upside, not just the downside. Almost everything in life involves a tradeoff, IMO. And all the above, is just my opinion, too.

I have just posted what I consider to be my most significant blog to date.  I came to the group to search for the appropriate place to post a link and hopefully this is it.

In my meditation this morning I was shown to post a “clarion call” to Lightworkers to hold Love, Light and Positive Intentions for President Obama on his First Asian Trip and also to include his itinerary. 

I cannot describe to you the magnitude of what I am feeling will result from this trip.

Thanks for this. As for me, I sensed nothing special on 11 of novemeber…I even catched the 11:11 pm, in case I would suddenly spontaneously combust, but nothing happened.

“nothing special” means nothing more than the usual crazy acceleration and sudden slow down I've recently felt. It's like russian mountain. It also feels a bit like being in a room and all laws of gravity being removed, only the objects fly around at high velocity, never hurting me.

The key word is “velocity” for me these times. I'm amazed at the speed at which things get undoned and done.

I will keep in mind, Starseed, your blog and O'z travelling plan.

I understand your description of what you have been experiencing on and since the 11:11:11…these gateways, portals and energy shifts affect us in different ways and no one is getting left behind…I say that because some feel that they need a big rocket booster experience to feel connected to the shifts!

I Post this as evidence that Reptilians were here, that Some came to Earth from Sirius, the Dog Star, and that there is a Tribe in Africa, even now, that preserves this Knowledge for them, invested with knowledge that could not have been known until very recently when we had the power to see that system with the degree of detail that would be required for this tribe to have this knowledge.

It appears that this knowledge came down from the sumerians to the babylonians to the egyptians to this tribe, and they treasure this knowledge to this day as a sacred knowledge, the Dogon Tribe.

The Dogon are an ethnic group located mainly in the administrative
districts of Bandiagara and Douentza in Mali, West Africa

The precise origin of the Dogon, like those of many other ancient cultures, is undetermined. Their civilization emerged, in much the same manner as ancient Sumer, both sharing tales of their creation by gods who came from the sky in space ships, who allegedly will return one day.

According to Dogon beliefs, the god Lebe visits the hogons every night in the form of a serpent and licks their skins in order to purify them and infuse them with life force. The hogons are responsible for guarding the purity of the soil and therefore officiate at many agricultural ceremonies.

 [Serpent is a metaphor for DNA]


Astronomy
 
The Dogon are famous for their astronomical knowledge taught through oral tradition, dating back thousands of years, referencing the star system, Sirius.

 Sirius is the dog star. It is linked with the Egyptian goddess Isis.

 The astronomical information known by the Dogon since that time,
was not discovered and verified until the 19th and 20th centuries,
making one wonder how the Dogon came by this knowledge.

 Their oral traditions say it was given to them by the Nommo. The source of their information may date back to the time of the ancient Egyptian priests.

As the story goes … in the late 1930s, four Dogon priests shared their most important secret tradition with two French anthropologists,
 Marcel Griaule and Germain Dieterlen after they had spent an apprenticeship of fifteen years living with the tribe.

These were secret myths about the star Sirius,
which is 8.6 light years from the Earth.
The Dogon priests said that Sirius had a companion star that was invisible to the human eye. They also stated that the star moved in a 50-year elliptical orbit around Sirius, that it was small and incredibly heavy, and that it rotated on its axis.
Initially the anthropologists wrote it off publishing the information in an obscure anthropological journal, because they didn't appreciate the astronomical importance of the information.
What they didn't know was that since 1844, astronomers had suspected that Sirius A had a companion star. This was in part determined when it was observed that the path of the star wobbled. In 1862 Alvan Clark discovered the second star making Sirius a binary star system (two stars).
In the 1920's it was determined that Sirius B, the companion of Sirius, was a white dwarf star. White dwarfs are small, dense stars that burn dimly. The pull of its gravity causes Sirius' wavy movement. Sirius B is smaller than planet Earth.
The Dogon name for Sirius B is Po Tolo. It means star - tolo and smallest seed - po. Seed refers to creation. In this case, perhaps human creation.
By this name they describe the star's smallness. It is, they say, the smallest thing there is.
They also claim that it is 'the heaviest star' and is white in color.
The Dogon thus attribute to Sirius B its three principal properties as a white dwarf: small, heavy, white.
 
Nommo Description
 
The Dogon elder, Ogotemelli, describes Nommo as having the upper part as a man and the lower portion as snake; or as having a ram's head with serpent body. [Serpent=DNA]
 
Author Robert Temple describes the Nommo as amphibious beings sent to Earth from the Sirius star system for the benefit of humankind.

They look like Merfolk; Mermaids and Mermen. [Metaphor: amphibious - referring to the flow of the collective unconscious - creational source].

After the landing in a space ship, something with four legs appeared and dragged the vessel to a hollow, which filled with water until the vessel floated in it. The Dogon call this spaceship 'Pelu Tolo' or 'Star of the Tenth Moon'. [4=4th dimension or 'time'. It also references closure]. [10=10101010 = computer programming for On, Off, On Off, etc. 10 also references 1 = New beginnings in Numerology.]
 
Nommo supposedly came from the Sirius star system.
 
Their spaceship spiraled down from the sky. Spirals reference the golden ratio or the movement of consciousness from higher frequency into physical reality. [See Sacred Geometry]
The ship landed somewhere to the northeast of the Dogon's present homeland.
 
 There was a great noise and wind. The ship landed on three legs, skidded to a stop, scoring the ground. Four legs appeared and dragged the vessel to a hollow, which filled with water until the vessel floated.
 
At the same time a new star was seen in the sky, which possibly was a large space ship.
 
 The star was described by the Dogon as having a circle of reddish rays around it. This circle of rays was like a spreading spot yet it still remaining the same size.
 
There is a Dogon drawing of the spaceship hovering in the sky, waiting for the Nommo who landed on the Earth.
 
 It represents three stages of 'Pelu Tolo' when it is spurting different amounts of blood or flames [as if it crash landed].
 
They called the Nommo 'Masters of the Water', 'The Monitors',
 'The Teachers or Instructors', 'Saviors', and 'Spiritual Guardians'.
I have to wonder if the word 'Nommo' means 'No More' - 'No Longer'.
 
Dogon art shows grids, perhaps depicting an understanding of the nature of our reality, based on grid programs.
 
The earliest Egyptians believed Sirius - 'Sothis' - was the home of souls that have crossed over.
 
It is the brightest star in our night sky. This belief is also shared with the Dogon.
 
The Dogons have described perfectly the DNA pattern made by an elliptical orbit created by the two stars of Sirius as they rotate make around each other.

 They believe Sirius to be the axis of the universe, and from it all matter and all souls are produced in a great spiral motion.


The Dogon also claimed that a third star Emme Ya - sorghum female - exists in the Sirius system.
 
 Larger and lighter than Sirius B, this star revolves around Sirius A as well.
 
 It has not been proven to exist, though some people have called it Sirius C.
 
Sirius C translated from the Dogon language into English is called the
 “Sun of Women”.
 
 It is described by the Dogon as “the seat of the female souls of living or future beings”.
 Its symbol contains two pair of lines that are relevant features of a Dogon legend.
 The Dogon believe that Sirius C sends out two pairs of beams and that the beams represent a feminine figure.
 
Some of the ancient Egyptian temples, such as the Temple of Isis at Denderah, were created so that the light of the helical rising of Sirius would travel down the main corridor to place its red glow upon the altar in the inner sanctum of the temple.
 
 When that light reached the altar, the beam of light from Sirius
was transformed into Sothis, the Star Goddess, Isis.
 
In a manner of speaking, the same belief system was involved in the Greek Temples, such as the Parthenon, which were oriented to receive the beams of light from the Pleiades into their inner sanctums, where the beams were then transformed into seven women. As the beams from the Pleiades entered the Egyptian temple of Hathor
 
it became the seven Hathors female judges of mankind.
 
Within the Dogon tradition, those pairs of feminine figures beamed down from the Star/Sun/Planet of Women to their original home near the Hoggar mountains bringing many aspects of civilization to the ancestors of their tribes.
 
Dogon oral traditions state that for thousands of years they have known that the Earth revolves around the Sun, and that Jupiter has moons and Saturn has rings.
 
The Dogons calendar is quite non-traditional in that its fifty year cycle is based neither on the Earth's rotation around the Sun (as is our Julian calendar) nor the cycles of the Moon (a lunar calendar).
 
 Instead, the Dogon culture centers around the rotation cycle Sirius B which encircles the primary star Sirius A every 49.9 - or 50 years.

Replied on your blog, Starseed. I did mean to mention that most of what I have seen and heard of Obama doing since in office has been directly contradictory to what is implied as his role or purpose. This does challenge the credibility of these stories a bit, for me. But I am still staying open to further developments. Things which seem to be heading in one direction, can shift. But there is more to shift now than when he took office. So, I am left wondering…..

OM, just saw this here on the group…I completely understand where you are coming from…

My most recent “insight” from my Higher Dimensional Galactic Family was that of a visual of a huge chess board and Obama is strategically making deliberate moves to draw onto the stage those whose actions have been less than Light-filled…today I was shown that “Obama is about to checkmate…” this was in my meditation as I was pondering his “announcement” of more troops in Afghanistan…

I do know that if Galactic Presence is announced there will be no more war as the Afghanistan/Iraq wars were all about stargates…

Also, I am gearing up for the 12-12-09 portal as we will have some incredible energies coming through on the 12th which usually is a 3 day window 11-13…
