I Started the Fire

I must confess for the sake of possible discussion and forgiveness that I started the fire which almost burned down our barn when younger.  And then I let my two younger brothers get blamed because they cracked and admitted they did it under the scrutiny of Mom and Dad.

I was playing with matches (as youngsters do cause fire is cool and we're not allowed).  I was sitting up in a tree as young kids do (cause the perspective is better and it's “dangerous”).  The fire got too big so I left the area. 

Then I responded when my mom began yelling and we all ran around with buckets and the garden hose…  yes in truth it was my hidden attempt to get my family to work together as a team.  Err… not.
