International FREE Phone Calls to USA

hey guys question…

i used last year this free conference when i was in new york and it was cool as everyone was calling from America…

and then i did another one in february while in south africa using the same conference with USA phone number and i paid $186 for that international phone call to a toll USA number

now i m in Belgrade, EUROPE at the moment and i checked and for 1hr to USA it will cost  $47 and people have avarage salery here $350 a month so lets say that avarage salery in America is $3500 that would relate that this phone call will cost people calling from this area $470 for one hour of international phone charges to any toll local number in USA that free conferences offer

so besides skypecasts, r there other possibilities out there that we can use for tele conferences where the whole world can call and communicate for free with American toll numbers, in stead of only people within the USA

Unfortunately skype and other computer generated calls like Vonage mess up the bridge lines used for the teleconfrences.. and Calls are Not FREE in the USA unless one lives in the same  area code and exchange.. there are  Long Distance telephone charges for the  attendee.. and free bridge lines offered from  companies some offer England to join in with no overseas charges to a usa bridge line using their country code numbers.

not sure what u mean by skype messing up bridge lines as i never use any bridge lines for skype
