It looks like 12 brave Zaadzster are venturing across the great sea, all the way to Uganda this year. 12 wild-spirited, loving souls donning Zaadz T-shirts and huge smiles, bringing gifts to our fellow Ugandan Zaadzsters, Clovis, Saidi and their crew of zVisionaries!

hey there! it was fun to connect - thanks to michael and all... i don't know what i missed cause i had to duck out at 6 40 to get to the Handel's Messiah choir practice in time...

i'm excited by the concept and when i have a little free time to think about it will throw it out to my baby Canadians pod to see if the others would like an all-Canadian Tele-Zaangha - if there are any Canadians here who have not joined Zed is us, eh? please drop by and check us out, eh? :)

I am from the Pittsburgh PA area and we have a great local resource for Podcasts.

They simulcast your programs over telephone and over the web (via std web browser or proprietary Pod client). You can join in on any public podcast, or be part of private podcats (by invite only). Live and recorded replay modes are available. It is free to publishers and listeners (ad supported).

As soon as I get a few original test podcasts programs under my belt, I will gladly share with everyone my experiences and will be glad to host Tele-Zaanghas for this group!

Interface with zEvents?

I wonder if you have explored integrating these tele-Zaanghas with zEvents. I host a series of events at a holistic center (see: www.thegreenbough.com and its zPod at http://pods.zaadz.com/thegreenbough) and have found that the logistics of posting and promoting events across multiple tools (my website, my area's holistic portal, Zaadz zEvents, others, etc) is incredibly time-consuming.

Free teleconferences can enrich any event a great deal, but it is yet another thing to get out there.

Have you found an easy way to do this across many websites?

Dear All,

I have some exciting news!

I have been in contact with Ward M. Powers (Creator and Director of the film, ONE: The Movie) and Karen Jacobson, the ONE Movie public screening coordinator.

Karen, and the ONE Movie team have been generous enough to offer our Zaadz Zaangha Groups the “Small Group” Package discount for this Global Screening Event! The regular price for the screening package is $250 (50 people at $5.00 a ticket prepaid), however, each Zaadz group participating in this screening event, is being offered the “Small Group” package rate of only $50.00 plus $9.95 for S&H! The package includes a signed copy of ONE: The Movie DVD, the study guide and soundtrack!

This is great news because it makes it possible for most, if not all of our Zaadz Zaangha groups and others to participate! And, that is the purpose of this project: to get as many people around the world to host a screening (on the same day!) so that we can spread the message of ONE and sow the seeds of Zaadz at the same time.

I would like this to truly be a synchronized Global Zaadz Zaangha “ONE Day-ONE Movie” event in order to spread the message of ONE and generate “ONE energy” in as many parts of the world in a 24 hour period as possible!

The next step is to decide on ONE day/evening to screen the film globally. It will most likely be set for early 2007 to give us enough time to fund raise if need be, order the DVD package, advertise and spread the word to invite members of the local community, and find a location for the screening (if not a member’s home), etc.

There is also some talk of having a global discussion group afterward. That could be done as a 24 HOUR Skype Chat possibly, but it is still just an idea at this point.

Okay, so what I need now, is to hear from any and all of you who would like to make a commitment to participate in this project. It can be a collective group (Zaangha) effort, or hosted by one member of each group – whichever works best for all involved.

If you are interested in participating in the Global “ONE Day-ONE Movie Screening Event…

Place a comment here on this blog or contact me via my Zaadz email, (Please put ONE Movie Project in the subject line.) Tell me you want to host a screening and let me know your idea for a Date or Day that you think will work best if you have any preferences. (Ultimately, it will have to be a date that works best for the most people involved.)

Then, I will post updates here and also contact the people and groups who want to be involved, with the details on how to order the “small group package”, the date of the 24 hour period we will be screening the movie, and other particulars.
