I would first like to thank everyone for all of there support and believing in me.
Yesterday I attended 2 oxford house interviews and got accepted into one of them. Judy went with me to both interviews and felt the vide at both places. The first one she didn't and like the second one she did. The first one did not accept me and the second one did. The first place had a very unstable vibe. The second one had people with more clean time. And those guys are like a family who care about each other. I'm staying with Layla and I start DePual outpatient today.
I'm going to meetings eveyday. On the 18th Matt and I are speaking for the Diffrence Makers. If you want more info. your going to have to talk to him. I know the ? is how does a man get into the kind of siuation I was in. I will go over a little of my past and where I'm at today. And what direction my life is going
I've got myself an N .A. sponsor and I've started the step work that helps to keep everything in check.

Zachariah is going to post all the recent updates tonight...we had a phenomenal day in court with Nathan. The judge was very very supportive of Nathan's recovery.

I am hosting a Professional Networking Event tomorrow night at Macadam's Bar and Grill at 5:30pm and I will ask for donations for a raffle of some great gifts to raise some funds! All proceeds to the Nathan Turner project!

Hellow fellow DMP members...

First, Nathan Turner thanks you for believing in him and supporting his call for help. He is rapidly expanding his support network with the loving fellows of Narcotics Anonymous.

So far he has:

* Met with counselors at DePaul treatment center.
* Got food stamps.
* Met with Oxford House managers.
* Slept soundly.
* Eaten well.
* Felt completely loved.

Next, it's going to be about rallying support to help pay for his first month or two of Oxford housing.

Mat and I are throwing together a seminar we'd been talking about doing this spring (it's just going to happen faster than we thought, once again!). We will be donating 25% of the proceeds to The Nathan Turner Recovery Plan. In the meantime, I'm going to ask a few private donors to help out. I think the Oxford house runs about $350/month.

Let's keep posting updates here...Zachariah has been spending his days and nights with Nathan at the hotel Robin so graciously provided. You all have been incredible!
