I think we're ready for the actual date to show up on blog comments and messages; rather than how many months/days ago something  was posted.

we've been discussing something on Mushin's blog—and “about one year later” is just not clear enough for when a comment was posted.

The indeterminate timeframe was cute a couple of years ago.  I move for specific dates.

I think this idea is excellent!  My vote is YES do it!  dates not how long ago!!!
