"I liked It" should be FAR away from "flag for Review";

It's easy to mistakenly press the flag on “Flag for Review” on a pod comment; instead of “I liked it”.

I think they should be far away from each other.

See this post in the Living Metaphysics pod  for something that showed me this could happen. I know that sometimes I've felt I could've done it too.

OK, I committed a change for this.  It may not be live for another week or so, since I just missed the release today.  I also added a confirmation for the flagging, so that if you do make a mistake you can back out of it by hitting the “cancel” button.
