LOST ~ The TV Series

I don't watch TV but I buy the DVD box set of a TV series that I like to watch.  There are a lot of exciting things happening right now on network television in terms of very creative writing.  One of the series I love is LOST.  I just bought the Season 2 DVD box set and I can't wait to watch Season 3.  This time I am going to watch it every week on TV.  The Lost Season 3 starts in October from what I read.  I have not even finished watching season 2 and I was compelled to blog about it in my blog here.
Are there Lost TV series fans out there?  This is a very good topic for water cooler chat among other things.  So what do you all think of the show?  What part of the story line baffles you the most?  Which character you love the most?  Any other thoughts…,?

I love this show. (And I don't watch hardly any TV either.) A friend told me about Lost during the very first season (second week) and I was hooked. I've seen every show (some on the DVD's I rented from video store). The writing is excellent and the storyline was/is original (for television anyway). It is a good topic for discussion - lots of questions/theories etc.

Good call, man.  It's a great show.  Beautifully shot and written.  Also shows an ability to take a great number of perspetives into account, which I greatly appreciate.  There are a lot of great spiritual undertones as well.  Synchronicity popping up all over the place.  I just finished Season 2 and am so going to be all over Season 3.  I don't own a TV, but I think it might be just call for me to be going out to a friend's place (I have a few that are big into the series).  As far as my favorite character, definitely Sawyer (though he certainly can be frustrating).  Anyway, yeah, big fan.

Welcome to the LOST pod!

This is for all of the (ABC) LOST series fans–or those who are new to the series. [Seasons 1 and 2 are out on DVD and worth renting or buying. Brand NEW Season 3 is fast approaching- October sometime.]

As a general rule, I don't watch TV, but this is one show that I have seen regularly (mostly recorded on DVR.) For those of you who may not own a television, it might be worth finding, borrowing or even buying a TV or a TiVO to record it. (I really think so!)

LOST is by far one of the most creative intelligently written shows out there- plot twists and turns rarely expected, interesting layered characters and a story line that keeps you coming back for more. It promises and delivers.

So, come on in and join us to discuss, dissect, applaud, complain about (?!) and just plain celebrate a show that is pretty darn cool: LOST and all the groovy characters and sychronicities and plot elements and story lines etc.

nice. i know that LOST is uber-popular, but i haven't seen any episode yet. did i mention that i don't own a TV? but i watch tons of stuff from the internet and movie theaters so i know the feeling of media excitement. so go for it!

btw, 24 rules! LOST drools! just kidding. i actually plan on renting the first season when i get my own TV ;)
