May the fire of attention melt the ice of suffering and ignorance.

May compassion and truth be our light and way in relationship.

I breathe in your worries and burdens and exhale love.

Exhale Love.

I inhale your pain and exhale innocence.

I inhale your dark and exhale luminescence.

I inhale your hunger and exhale fulfillment.

I inhale self-doubt and exhale self-worth.

I inhale your density and exhale clarity.
