Today, let us start our Tonglen Practice with the suffering of those familys who lost Loved ones in today's needless violence in Lebanon, Isreal, and Iraq. Breath into their percieved images, the entire beauty of the Kosmos and all of It's Devine Light.

Today let us start our practice by breathing in the thick choking black smoke of suffering that is the nonsense of "tit for tat" fighting between Isreal and Lebanon. Expand from there until you are up to the suffering of the Universe.
