My friend Eric created Integral Living as an Integral Life Practice tool. It is useful now in it's alpha form and has tremendous potential for the future. Ryan, I know you're one of the Aplha testers. What do you think of Eric's tool? |

Hey Sean, thanks for the posting this. Just today I got my practices set up on IL. So far, I'm really digging it. I had debated with myself on whether I would ultimately like a paper or virtual tracking system, but it's clear that virtual rocks. It's safe to say that IL will develop into one bad-ass, easy to use tracking system, which is the only of its kind. My suggestions for improvements are already on the slate from looking at Eric's future updates (graphs would be awesome, more intricate tracking ability, etc.). |

also, IL seems to relieve some stress for me in trying to remember my practices. Without this sort of thing I have to constantly remind myself off commitments. With this, I don't need to use my “RAM” and instead use this as a reminder system on a daily basis. |

I'm glad you guys are enjoying the tool. I plan on making another round of updates in the coming few weeks. I got busy with work recently, and am at Disneyland for this week. I started a new pod for users of Integral Living. Anyone that wants to try out the site as an “alpha tester” can mail me. The pod is at http://pods.zaadz.com/integralliving for anyone that wants to check that out. A description of the project is on my blog at http://integralvalley.typepad.com/blog/integral_living/index.html (work your way from the bottom post up). |
