Let's Create the Content That We Want

Previous posts have made the point that content is king and that with the incredible access and power of the Internet, anything can be created and distributed to everyone instantly.  I ask that we band together and create the content that we want, then use our combined resources to create awareness.  So here's what I can do.  I have a talk radio show on the Internet that is about practical peacemaking called The Doug Noll Show.  I can give you a platform by interviewing you, promoting your products, services and books, reviewing your books or reading your poems, playing snippets of your original music, etc.  Together, we can create a new model of radically enlightened programming.  If we are really creative, we can build an audience together. 

And, if you didn't know, within 18 months all new cars will have radios that can play Internet radio stations.  The dominance of terrestial radio and the programming of Clearchannel and the other mega media owners will be challenged by us.  While terrestial radio will never die, it will be marginalized.  Now is the time to start building the programming that will move minds towards sustainability, peace, and ethical living on this planet.

I'm with Mital on this one. I think what you're doing is great. And I didn't know that within 18 months all car radios will be able to listen to internet radio programs. Wow!
