Hello from the Now :) (post yours here!)

Hi All … I have been wrapped up in the world, the Doing, but I think of this pod, you folks who joined to tap into some part of Yes in your living. Living seems complicated these days. The war. The food supply. Peak oil. Global warming. Change is on the wind. Big change. But in this moment, just this one right here: where are you?

I’m sitting at my desk in my little apartment in the sky in downtown Troy, NY. I have curlers in my hair. I’m in the middle of getting ready for work at a bureau with the health department with chronic disease control. My kitties squeek for bits of my breakfast and I handfeed them bits of egg. My heart hurts, but I’m okay. My day stretches out before me and I set the intention to stay in my body, to be with my body, even though it aches. It’s good to be alive in this moment. Taking a deep breath and stretching is good :) Being conscious and aware and okay … with it all … Yes.

i am sitting at my desk by the window, in my dorm room in rainy, baltimore, md. I just got back from work, (a job i am SO grateful for, in this moment, for the life lessons, cashflow and ORGANIC LUNCHES :D it has brought me, practically out of the blue) and need a nap. there are voices in the hallway, about to enter, and id rather not feel this anxious oncoming obligation to socialize. im working on love.. love ALL the time… so that it might flow from my spirit without the mental effort it seems to take sometimes. so in this moment i take a breath, swing some more attention at my inner body, and relax.

thank you kate… youre insight meant a lot. i CAN sit here, still OKAY, and believing im more and more and more okay everyday until that loveflow turns on by itself… it truly is good to be alive in this moment. even with the residual pain.. even in the emptiness… because i every time i dont allow myself to reside on those surface emotions, the faster they slip away :D

hi all,

hanging out in beautiful glebe by the bay in sydney australia and taking a break before more pHD work with my friend and flat mate. went for a bike ride and a swim today and recovered from staying up working for fun all night. had a fun adventure crashing a two person scull in the busy sydney harbour yesterday and am happy to keep saying yes to life in all the ways fun and lovely and scary and wonderful.

I am sitting at my computer,in my home office-
it is early still -but the internet is always alive!
My companion,my friend when I'm lonely -my
vital link with the outside world.
And here I do my activist work,my enviromental work-
I lobby and run my groups and web sites.

I AM SITTING IN MY NEW BURGUNDY LIVING ROOM WISHING I HAD THE INTERNET WIRELESS WORKING SO I COULD GO IN MY SUNNY GOLD ROOM THE ROOM I USE FOR MREDITATION AND PRAYER AND STUDYING I JUST LEFT THE ER SOME LADY TOTALED MY CAR YESTERDAY  I GOTO SCHOOL AN HOUR AWAY FOR TWO MORE WEEKS AND IM GRATEFUL MY BOYFRIEND IS GOING TO DRIVE ME AND IM GRATEFUL FOR THE BUS BECAUSE MY SCHOOL MAIN CAMPUS IS 10 MINUTES FROM HERE SOMETHING GOOD COMES OUT OF EVERYTHING LIKE MY CAR GOT TOWED BECAUSE THE GUY WHO SOLD IT TO ME TRANSFERRED THE WRONG TITLE OVER SO I ACTUALLY HAD A FAKE TITLE AND HE WOULDNT PAY FOR ME TO SIGN THE REAL TITLE AND I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY NOW HE HAS TO SIGN IT OVER AND IT  AND IVE GOT TO GET THE MONEY FOR AA NEW CAR FROM THE INSURANCE THE CAR WAS SHOT ANYWAY SO IM GRATEFUL FOR EVERY MOMENT OF EXPERIENCE I LIVE ……ABSOLUTELY
