When I got off work today at around 5:10 PM (PST) I walked out into the parking lot toward my car, about halfway there I stopped and looked up into the sky. In that spontaneous movement I stopped labeling the sky as “sky”. Yes I heard the plane passing over my head, the train going by on the tracks, the cars exiting the lot, the birds, the tractor plowing the field, the humans talking, but all of those labels disolved along with “sky”. There was no “me” to be found outside of these things, there were no separate “things”, it was all one movement, it was all “Yes.”
