I did read and practice TSK first time in 1984. it was a beautyful and powerful initiation for me. I felt I could breathe more openly….feel without limits and widen my thinking in such a stimulating way. |

Hi, Albert, yes, it is. Though Tarthang Tulku did say that he had no particular “claim of ownership” on TSK and that he hoped others would continue to develop the vision in their own ways. |
