I was too busy last year to participate in many of them, but even though I'm still pretty busy (with my own classes as well as my day job), I'm pretty sure I'm going to sign up this time… |

I think I have a glitch too! But Kathleen is very responsive, so it should be taken care of soon… :-) |

That's a good idea. Maybe if you blog your TSK class notes, I might do so too! (And Davidu?) Then we could link to each other's entries if people want to follow along… Best wishes, Balder |

Hope to hear as much as possible about this exciting expedition:):) When I first studied TSK in the 80`s I felt a certain connection to these lyrics of Top Gun, the film. TSK -besides other approaches) unleasehed new emotions too. And sensations, feeling and vibes. Just my 2 cts about some of my initial experiences with TSK.. TOP GUN LYRICS@ALBUM: TOP GUN @SONG: DANGER ZONE - KENNY LOGGINS Revvin' up your engine Highway to the danger zone Headin' into twilight Highway to the danger zone You'll never say hello to you Out along the edges Highway to the danger zone Highway to the danger zone @SONG: MIGHTY WINGS - CHEAP TRICK It's just a ball of dust I take a chance on the edge of life There's a raging fire in my heart tonight Chorus: With just a little luck There's a raging fire in my heart tonight Chorus: Take me on your mighty wings @SONG: PLAYING WITH THE BOYS - KENNY LOGGINS They say it was the right time I'm moving in slow motion Chorus: Said it was the wrong time Chorus: I don't want to be the moth around your fire Chorus: @SONG: LEAD ME ON - TEENA MARIE Turn around to see you Victim of a dream A matter out of time Chorus: Voices in the night The choices of a lifetime A matter out of time Chorus: Talk to me of lightning - I'll hear what you say, my love Turn around to see you I see you in a dream @SONG: TAKE MY BREATH AWAY - BERLIM Watching every motion Take my breath away Watching I keep waiting Through the hourglass I saw you Take my breath away Watching every motion Take my breath away @SONG: HOT SUMMER NIGHTS - MIAMI SOUND MACHINE In the time before the twilight Everywhere across the land Chorus: Sitting out upon the front steps And some believe that love is won Chorus: Oh, oh hot summer nights In the end two hearts will meet Chorus: @SONG: HEAVEN IN YOUR EYES - LOVERBOY I can tell you by the look in your eyes you've been hurtin' In your eyes Can't you see I'm finding it hard to let go In your eyes We've been livin' on the edge In your eyes @SONG: THROUGH THE FIRE - LARRY GREENE I will take it to the wire now Through the fire There's a feeling that I can't ignore Through the fire I look for signs that you are here tonight Through the fire @SONG: DESTINATION UNKNOWN - MARIETTA I see life and it's passin' right before my eyes It don't matter where it takes me Never took this road before - destination unknown See a chance gotta take it It don't matter where it takes me Never took this road before - destination unknown It don't matter where it takes me Never took this road before - destination unknown |

Albert, very cool lyrics! Especially the first two, I remember hearing them the first time and feeling the thrill just like with some of the old songs by Triumph, Rush, Scorpions, Pink Floyd and other bands - many of which I was lucky to hear in concerts in my hometown. |

Hi Erin. YES! A TSK sound room…. And what about a TSK Feeling space?… Emotional and energetic perceptions are such a powerful universe and even connected to gravity and lightness. The human ear is connected as much to listening as to feeling, touching and equilibrium. The vibrations of a human voice alone can trigger each of these perception modes… And the thrill goes on..):) |

Is it too late to join the class? Also, is it possible to just get reading materials and follow along? Even if the cost to do that is equal, that might be best for me at this time, sort of dip my toe into the water of this group. I'm very interested but haven't had much time to delve into it. I will at least follow the blogs the 3 of you write to pick up on the concepts a bit. Thanks Erin for bringing me into this group, Deborah |

Hi, Deborah, I expect it's probably not too late to join the class. It only has just started and there hasn't been much activity yet. Also, the readings are fairly short. But as you know, we'll also be posting our notes and comments, so you can definitely follow along that way. We also have the readings in a form that we could email to you, so you could follow along with the readings too. If you do want to join the class, I recommend contacting Kathleen (I think her email address is listed up above). If you want to join from the sidelines, just let one of us know by email or PM and we can send you the readings. Best wishes, Bruce |

Yes, both books (Love of Knowledge and Dynamics of Time and Space) are by Tarthang Tulku. If you do order them and would like a copy of any readings while waiting for your books to arrive, let me know.
