It is hard to believe that I have only been a student of TSK vision for about six months...LOL...it has felt like home to me, and so it feels like I have been a part of it forever! Clarity is a wonderful thing, but when the Joy of Being comes along for the ride, it is awesome! My journey is one of integration, and it is truly wondrous to be able to take this clarity and joy of being into my everyday life and transform my ordinary life into something very extraordinary, and bring healing to myself and those around me. I am still jazzed about TSK, and amazed at how freeing it continues to be, and how limitless that freedom and joy is. If you still have not taken the time to open to Time, Space, and Knowledge, there is no Time like the present...LOL...if you feel confined or pressured in anyway, by religion, your beliefs, or just life in general, if you are not able to tap into your own joy, and experience the clarity of awareness that leads to healing, I encourage you to join in this journey of awakening to the energies of Time, Space, and Knowledge, and experience your Joy of Being...always, star...

i love this vision...i love how it is open and not based on belief systems...and how it actually encourages you to question intelligently...and uses our basic reality of time and space, and opening up to that to allow knowledge to flow...

i just joined this group...just read tsk...and loved it...

thnx bruce for making this place and initially turning me on to tsk...and thnx david for writing such beautiful entries of your experience that also drew me to it...

Thanks Balder....this is new info for me. And ir makes sense. As both approaches open up space, time and feelings in nearly infinte ways.

Hi, Albert, yes, it is. Though Tarthang Tulku did say that he had no particular "claim of ownership" on TSK and that he hoped others would continue to develop the vision in their own ways.

A.H. Almaas, the originator of the Diamond Approach teachings, is the author of the book we were just discussing. He used to study with Tarthang Tulku and he recommends the TSK books to his own Diamond Approach students, so there is a relationship between some of his writings and the TSK literature.

One question:

As far as I can see Tarthan Tulku -from the Tibetan Nyingma school of Vajrayana Buddhism -devloped this aproach. Is it still connected in this way?

Hi all,

I find this a nice pod with beautiful texts. I probably won't have much time to share. But I will certainly keep reading what is happening here because Time, Space and Knowledge are among my deepest interests and Tarthang Tulku's way of approaching these subjects is fresh and insightful.

I'm here thanks to Crouching Tiger/Erin. It may take a while for me to get up to speed but there appears to be a nice cross reference to Integral that may expand my perceptions of that philosophy as well.

The Lighting Up the Now excerpt is from a book by A.H. Almaas, the creator of the Diamond Approach, rather than an actual TSK book. But Almaas studied TSK with Tarthang Tulku, and his writings do reflect that and are complementary to TSK. So, it is definitely of interest to TSK students.
