Diane has offered to help me out in what I assume will be my almost complete absence.  I will return when I can.

Well, Zoe, I always say, it's not who throws the party that makes it a success, it's who comes! You've already gathered the crowd and put out some food, so I think you've done the important stuff.

I wish you all the best in the next few weeks/months, and hope you see you back here sooner rather  than later. I'll miss you!

I've also ok'd Barin, as I think he would be a remarkable addition.  You can work out any details, if that need be done.  I think you'll do fine. 

So many truly remarkable members here.  You will do beautiful work, and I look forward to visiting and contributing as I can. 

As it is, there is no official “leader” - but that's kinda the Zaadz way - we're all in this together.  Diane, Barin, myself…we're “admin” - so what w/o contribution, activity, interest of the others?
