Perhaps meditation might help to slowly unfurl the furled edges in which forgetting lays and once unfurled it dissipates . . .

I just finished " if the Buddha got stuck " by Charlotte Kasl? It helped me get out of an ugly place with an adult step-child that I was having a VERY hard time forgiving. Now if I can just learn how to forget.....

I guess holding grudges has been some sort of self-preservation for me..."screw me once, shame on you, blah blah". But I'm hoping to break old patterns of this. This book helped.
