Three working professionals looking for a socially and environmentally conscious and aware individual to share a large 2 floor renovated heritage house. We strive to maintain a safe environment free from: racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, classism, and all other forms of oppression. We are relatively quiet tenants who enjoy the occasional party/potluck/social gathering. Hardcore partyers and/or individuals who are not familiar with the above listed terms need not apply.

The house is located near King Edward (25^th) Avenue and Fraser Street and features:

• 2 bathrooms

• 2 kitchens

• shared living room space with hardwood floors

• in suite laundry

• garage (for storage)

• safe bike storage

• shared ADSL Internet (but currently no cable TV)

• shared utilities

• close to amenities (Main and Fraser Street)

• close to the 8 and 25 bus routes (20 min to downtown, 30 min to UBC)

The room is located on the main floor, shared by one other tenant. Bright, medium-sized, quiet, and carpeted.

Im coming to vancouver, for school in june.  I was thinking of getting some short term housing untill I could find a good place.  Though this is a little ways in the future keep me in mind when another room is available.
