Dearest Golden,

I just came out of a very difficult slump myself that lasted the first four or five months of this year so I can truly empathize. My only advice is that no matter how much you don't feel like pariticipating in these discussions and no matter how much you don't feel like even thinking in terms of love, light and joy you must continue...even when your heart just isn't in it! This is the most crucial time to find your path again and continue on it even if you don't feel it is in you. If not for my own dogged insistence not to turn away from these things that I knew but for some reason had forgotten or at least could not 'be' I can't even guess where I'd be right now. I kept talking the talk even though I knew I was not walking the walk and do you know what? It wasn't too long before I started living it all again instead of just knowing I should be living it. I didn't give up on myself and I'm so glad I didn't.

All I know is that my slump has taught me such an invaluable lesson that I would not change a single moment of it even if I could. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON! If there is one single thing life has taught me that is it! We bring things into our existence that we need to learn from and no matter how tough it may be during the lesson the joy after having learned the lesson and the joy of having changed to a higher level of consciousness is unsurpassed! Life is truly wonderful...even when it feels like it sucks! You can trust me on this one!

I feel that i have been a neglectful moderator over the past few months I apologize or maybe my absence went unnoticed. Anyway things have been difficult for me but I am beginning to get my bearing back. I am still waiting for the time and proper way to speak of my transition but as of yet I'm not even quite sure what it will bring at the moment I only know that I am in it. I hope all of you are well and I will be back around posting soon at the moment I dont really have the energy to bring anything good to the table.
